What a waste of time: talked to their scheduling hotline today, was offered a $250 service call or a $300+ annual subscription ^^ - said that it was too expensive and fee was waived and promised a technician would call me shortly. So far so good, except that nobody ever called. Tried them twice more today, same promise, same result - nobody called and I wasted a day with this company without resolution.
