Vanguard Cleaning Systems is very professional and thorough! The best part is not having to worry if everything is getting done correctly. Our Rep, Brian stops by every once in a while to check on things and he even did some carpet spot cleaning himself after a regular carpet cleaning left some hard to get out stains.

I found Vanguard on a Google search when I was looking to replace the cleaning company I had been using for 2 years. I am VERY glad I found Vanguard! I have been using Vanguard since December 2012 and have found they are very responsive and do a great job at a fair price. Anytime I have had an issue (2 minor ones) they are addressed immediately. They have a communication log that allows us to leave notes back and forth which is great as they clean when we are closed. Autumn calls me once a month from the office to check on things and I always have the same thing to report- everything is going great. Will and the entire team do an excellent job. I can recommend Vanguard without reservation.

All the work has been done professionally and in a timely manner. I appreciate their positive attitude when asking if they can do something extra/different. If something was miscommunicated on either end, they will take care of it. They strive to have happy customers.
