Best commercial HVAC contractor in the Twin Cities. My opinion after 30 years managing real estate. Best shop in town.

Charged for 3 hours when they were there for 30 minutes. Highly dubious business practices across the board. DO NOT USE

I had a unit installed by Kraft that was a partnership deal with SVL. I had extensive issues with the equipment installed. I tried more than 6 times to get the organization to recognize the faults but these were always assigned to the Smart Thermostat.
Eventually after many units in my building had the same issues, they fixed the issue with the way the unit was built. However the issue was then that the unit was not installed and vented correctly and it burned-out.
Each time the engineer visited I was not treated cordially or with respect.
The organization never followed-up after any of the repairs to make sure that the issues were resolved, nor did they attempt to resolve the issues afterwards and I had to push them hard to bring them to a close. I suggest doing research and finding a contractor that will help you. treat you fairly and ensure their work is completed to a very high standard in all interactions. It is important that you can trust the contractors you work with on projects, especially with large investments such as an HVAC unit. -
AVOID THEM! -Afton Marina called them out for a service call to look at an AC unit that was making a strange noise on my boat. Sam from Kraft called to tell me the unit had been overcharged at some point and there was nothing they could do other than replace or keep running it till it fails. Asked for price and he quoted me a cost of 3 times what it should cost for a boat AC as I looked up the same model online as we were talking on the phone. Decided not to replace with Kraft as their price was ridiculous, subsequently charged $375 for a "service call" that he claimed took 2.5 hours because he cleaned out a sea strainer which takes 10 minutes. Based on this experience I would avoid them like the plague.

One of your drivers likes to cut people off, drive erratic, no bother using your blinker while driving like crap. Got it on my dash cam. Gave it to the chisago county sheriff's office. Gotta get these people off the road.

Had Kraft out to service my business location. They were friendly and knowledgeable, fixed the issue quickly. Would recommend.

Asked for a quote and was not told there would be a charge ahead of time. They charged me hourly rate and truck fee. I disputed the charge, since I asked for only a quote. Kraft defended their decision to charge me. Told me its not their problem that I misunderstood them. Unscrupulous in their business practices. STAY AWAY.

We were having issues with the AC on our boat freezing up, so I called Kraft Mechanical and they were able to stop by just a couple days later to get us up and running.
The technician replaced the shrader cores, recharged the system, and tested everything. I expected the bill to be SO much higher than it was and am incredibly grateful for the responsiveness & service.
I highly recommend Kraft and will definitely be telling fellow boaters on the river about them! -
Luke at Kraft is absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, timely, on top of it, responsive, professional and personable!
