Had one appointment scheduled, received a phone call 5 minutes before the scheduled time stating inability to make it. Rescheduled for a couple days later and have not seen nor heard from anybody....well over an hour past the time.

I went through BA Roofing foreign insurance claim to my roof from storm damage The insurance company tried to fight it, BA Roofing stuck around through the whole thing until it was approved I will say BA Roofing Did a fantastic job with the insurance company. The work they did was good quality work

Update: not long after this post I was finally given a response that my project was too small and then they gave my contact information to someone else without my consent.

Called their office for an estimate on a project, was given a few options for times and dates and picked a time that wasn't at the end of the day. When that day and time came and went I got a text from Blake asking if I was free the following day because they were running behind at an existing project. I told them it was absolutely fine and I'd be available the following day like they asked for the entire afternoon. The following day came and Blake still didn't show up and then stopped responding to the messages from the previous day.

We had storm damage on our aging roof and our insurance company had denied our claim when just about every neighbor on the street got a new roof from the storm damage. Years later I had another roofing company attempt to work with my insurance company, also to no avail. When a representative from this company approached me wanting to work with my insurance, I was very reluctant and told them I didn't want to go through the process again, not at all! They told me they would handle everything with the insurance company and to my surprise were able to get insurance money, with next to no work on my part. That in and of itself seemed like a miracle at that point, then add to that highly professional service during the construction itself and an absolutely beautiful roof! Very ethical people you can trust. I highly recommend working with this company.
