After being keyless, careless, and having no access to my home for 3 days due to my brother throwing my keys in a tree after an argument and being told by other tree companies that they wouldn’t be able to help because they only service the trees (understandable I suppose) Gene was able to get them out of the tree in between having other jobs. He kept in communication and told me how he would be able to help. Definitely would recommend solely based on the customer service.

I had a large pine tree fall in my backyard during a storm. It was partially laying on my deck. I called Gene the following morning. Twenty minutes later he called me back and swung by for an estimate. Gene and his crew took out the tree a few hours later.

They were fast, clean, and all for a price that was much more in line with my expectations than some of the larger tree services I got quotes from.

Great company with a professional crew to do business with. Coming in on time, doing the job and cleaning the yard afterwards at a good price. I can totally recommend this company and will definitely call on them for all future tree work. Thanks to all of you guys

I live in the Woodbury area and had a lightning strike hit one of my large trees. I contacted Gene that evening and we set a time to meet the next day. He showed up right on time and we agreed on a very fair price for tree cleanup. The got the tree removed and cleaned the area up. Very happy with the service

I called Gene on Wednesday to see if he could come & trim up a Walnut tree that was hanging over my house. A filthy tree that I'd love to cut down but is growing on the neighbors property line. He came to my house within the hour and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. The crew came the next day on Thursday & trimmed every branch that hung over my house. Not to mention among power lines!!!. Couldn't be more happy. Great Job, Gene & crew. So much appreciated.

We had a very large branch break and land on our roof in the last ice storm. The first tree trimming service I called, after waiting a long time on hold, said they were too busy and just blew me off. I called Gene’s Tree Service next. Gene answered immediately and said he would be out at 2pm that day to give me an estimate. Gene arrived at 2pm and gave me the estimate. We hired him to remove the branch. The branch was removed very carefully and we are 100% satisfied. They will be our first call the next time we have a tree problem!

Used for storm damaged cedar on garage, and again for sketchy pine in a bad spot. Professional. Fair pricing. You call and it's done. It's that easy.
Wouldn't use anyone else.

I HAD GENE DO SOME TREE WORK FOR ME IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD THERE WAS NO USE OF SAFETY EQUIPMENT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE P.S. I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVIN HIM A STAR BUT THAT'S THE ONLY WAY I COULD COMMENT OH YEAH AND THE GUY IN MY TREE WAS INJURED DOES THE TRUTH HURT I HAVE PAPER WORK SHOWING YOUR NAME AND ALL OF ADAMS INJURES YOUR THE CROOK DROPING HIM OFF AT THE HOSPITAL AND GIVING HIM A HUNDRED DOLLARS AND THEN REFUSED TO TALK TO HIM LIKE I HAVE ALL THE PAPERS WITH YOUR NAME ON IT AND I WILL FIND AWAY TO PUT IT OUT THERE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE

Didn't finish the work. I paid for him to do an extra service after trimming one of my trees and he said he would come back in a week and finish. I called him two weeks later and he said he ran out of product and would be back. He never came. I called and left messages but never received a response. I was scammed.
