Austin Douglas arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He showed me several options for the project—select specific windows for replacement, complete rooms, and the entire home. The financing options were explained thoroughly and I got a payment that worked best for me. I look forward to working from beginning to end of project with Austin.

Thanks to Adam, Jace, Christian and Pete for a stellar job! Extremely polite, great communication and cleaned up way better than any other contractors we have hired.

He worked directly with our insurance company and made the process seamless for us. We had technician Derek out to our home to assess the windows we needed replacing. He was immediately personable and professional as we went through the process. We felt comfortable and as though he was transparent about pricing, we feel confident in choosing Pella!

Brian Bennett arrived on time and was very courteous. We reviewed the needs and desires of my project to make sure we were talking about the right materials. Brian did a great job presenting the products and options available. I would recommend Brian and Pella windows and doors for all your project needs.

Luis was great - he took care of the screen problem. Spent time with me and my wife explaining how things work. Good experience.

Shawn showed up to our address to fix an issue we had with our newly installed windows. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He explained everything in detail and what to do if we have problems in the future.

Enver was also out and made the best suggestions ever with our caulking issue that I would not have noticed if he wasn’t so attentive. Also extremely professional and friendly would always take his shoes off even though we told him it wasn’t necessary.

The lady who stained our windows was also amazing… can’t remember her name.

We had a meeting with Matt from Pella Windows and are excited to have some old windows replaced . He was very knowledgeable and creative with solutions! I appreciated the options provided and felt very comfortable with the plan!

Austin Douglas recently visited our home to give us a quote on replacement windows and an entry door. He was very prompt, pleasant, and professional and obviously has a very in-depth knowledge of Pella’s products, services, and options. Enver and Mike did an EXCELLENT job setting our new picture window. They worked smoothly, fast, with attention to detail and without any messiness at all.

Derek F. was an excellent representative for Pella! He was courteous and timely with his communication. He did what he said he was going to do, on the timeline that he said he was going to do it. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond! Would definitely work with Derek again.

Luiz and Juan were terrific they resolved all the issues that the other installer caused and the problems they let they took the time to make sure my new windows were installed properly and chalked properly.

I had the pleasure of having Ashton from Paella come to repair our patio door today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly, and efficiently fixed the problem without pushing for an unnecessary door replacement.

Ashton was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also respectful and professional throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about finding the best solution for the customer. I highly recommend Ashton and Paella for their excellent service.

Salesperson Caleb was great to work with. He was on time, very polite and friendly. He asked permission to park in the driveway upon arrival. He had a great vision for new windows in my sunroom that I had not considered. I can’t wait to see the final product.

Juan B was here and communicated when he would be hear and was on time. He looked at other issues while he was here.

I had 3 windows installed recently and Adam, Peter, and Sean were so great to work with. They were super respectful and professional throughout the entire install. I was also very impressed with the quality of their work! We love our new windows and will definitely use Pella again!

Juan B is the man! Normally I feel hostage to those arrival time windows waiting all day for someone to show up, but Juan was not only right on time, he was kind, courteous, and an expert at what he does. Thank you Juan and Pella!

We had a fantastic installation experience. The installers came when promised, were efficient, and cleaned up everything beautifully. We had to have an installer come back for some additional modifications and appreciate all that Luis did for us. We valued his advice and guidance.
