Very nice fellow. The reason I'm giving this a 3 is because we are still getting a lot of dog hair when we vacuum and we paid extra for a deep clean. I feel with the extra deep clean there should be very little or no hair. No dogs have been in the room since it was done.

I had my carpet cleaned for the entire basement, steps and a couple couch cushions after several pet accidents. I am VERY happy with the result and products used. I am sensitive to smells and perfumes and the products used did not have strong smells, but a more natural 'shower fresh' smell. The owner operator has a TON of experience, great equipment and extremely knowledgeable. The carpet looks like new and pet smells are gone! I would HIGHLY recommend!!

This company was on time and efficient with great equipment and turned my rug from light brown to a white again. It is sanitized and you can't tell.I have three little dogs anymore. He was hardworking and pleasant personality. I will be using them again.

Positively an amazing company, they were efficient fast and worth having my sofa and two area rugs cleaned, I did have the protection added to keep them clean and looking fresh. My sofa looks like new again as well as the area rugs.
The time spent with the man who did the work was very pleasant and delightful to talk to.

I thought my rental property was a complete loss and that I would have to replace the carpet wall to wall. Brian said let me take a run at it and see if we can save it. Brian the owner has been great to work with, responsive from day 1 where he quoted and responded to questions. We had carpets cleaned and had him back for tile and grout. Professional, punctual and quality work. Non-pushy sales approach, honest, and expert in his craft, he gave me info on air duct cleaning and commercial cleaning services as well.
