Last week my old propane furnace rusted through and stunk up the house with mixed exhaust fumes. I called Reliable at 8 am, a service man came out at 8:30, half hour ahead of his projected time, looked at the furnace and showed me that it had rusted through and was not repairable. As it was a 33 year old furnace that had other issues too, I asked about a replacement. They gave me 4 options Best, Better, Good and Average. I chose Good. The furnace was ordered on Thursday arrived Monday and installed Tuesday morning. Everything went smoothly, quickly and I am very pleased with the responsive service to get me up and running again. I was able to use a few electric space heaters to keep the house OK in the three days where I didn't run the furnace due to dangerous gases. I recommend these folks for polite, honest, good and fast results. Thank you Reliable!
