I was recommended by Sun Power to work with Efficient Power & Light fails to keep appointments or offer good reasons to do business with the. I was referred to them by a national solar company as one of their local dealers. My first appointment with them they did not show up for the consultation. They never responded to my email and I had to call multiple times to speak to someone to reschedule the appointment. The second appointment they never called or showed up. The sales support staff in the office could not offer any explanation nor offer any reason why I should want to do business with them. If this is how they treated me, then other potential residential customers beware.
