Called last week and scheduled repairs on my dryer for 3/15/2021. No one has shown up or responded to my voicemail or multiple calls. I have since went with another company for repairs. I would have given no stars if that was an option. Will not seek their services for any future repairs.

Very disappointed in the service we received. After speaking with someone about having the same issue after paying 250 no results. On top of no response when trying to get someone back out. Totally ghosted us and will not answer our calls. Do not recommend

My dishwasher pump was not working leaving the dishes unwashed. Chad came and replaced pump. He was responsive and came immediately when the part was available. However, the repair did not go well and the dishwasher would still not work. He visited the house 5 times in a span of 6 weeks to fix it and on his last visit we spoke about a refund for the service. He did mention if the machine still does not work then he would come and service it or provide the refund.

For 2 weeks after his last repair, the dishes would have soap on it and would not dry at all. I kept calling him every single day and left voicemails but he is not responding. He disconnects the phone straight away sending me to voicemails. My dishwasher motor pump again stopped working again for the 3rd time after he repaired and now he is not picking the phone to come and repair. I still do have 90 day warranty on the repair. I got in touch with Chad after 3 weeks of calling and he refunded the money.
