I needed my shop rewired and a meter installed. Called these guys and everything went perfect. My first contact was with a very helpful young lady answering the phone and then later staying in contact by texts and emails as well. The gentleman that came to discuss the project with me was patient and incredibly helpful, which I really appreciated since I know nothing about electricity. The people that came to my property were polite and professional. The job took three days to complete and the crew on site was top notch. They behaved professionally and spoke politely. Questions were answered with confidence and a reassuring level of knowledge. I had to go to work during the three days they were in my shop. My belongings were treated with respect and what was mine is still mine and what is theirs is still theirs. Overall it was very low stress and a pleasure working with this company!

The entire team was great. Mandy was able to schedule an appointment when I called in. Brice and Jonathan were great. They showed up during the communicated arrival window, gave me the price up front, and then performed the work professionally. Definitely recommend Lavallee!

The short version is 5 stars. Max came out to give me a bid, twice, because I changed my mind. He didn't seem to mind. He understood my situation and made good recommendations.

I had a lot done, so Bryce and Jonathan were here all day. If you have had work done in your home, it can be a very unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite. They were polite, professional, and did not mind explaining things. They worked fast and hardly took a lunch break.

Everone knows electricians aren't cheap. Not only did I get a very fair price for the work done, I would highly recommend a certified electrician over someone with limited knowledge. You will save time and money in the long run.

My family has been blessed to have been working with Lavallee for around 5 years now with our generator, and I cannot express our satisfaction. Whether it be last minute calls, ants causing the generator to stop working, or us asking a million questions, Lavallee always provides exemplary service. Their entire team is top of the line, from the office to the field. Not only is their knowledge unmatched, but their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a job well done puts them leagues above others. Paul and his team clearly take pride in their work, and you won't regret working with them.

Frank was courteous and knowledgeable. He got us going in short order. Call out prices were stiff, but we bit the bullet.

While I hate to leave a less than stellar review for Lavallee, I feel I owe it to future customers to share my experience with their current pricing structure.
I was charged $455 before tax for the replacement of an outdoor motion detector. The breakdown was $125 for travel, $225 to diagnose the issue and $105 for the replacement. The entire service took about 30 minutes.
I’ve used LaVallee for many years, so I was quite surprised by this itemization and overall cost. What was most disappointing was that I was not informed of this pricing structure ahead of time.
That said, the electricians were very friendly, professional, and did great work. I simply was not anticipating a bill this high for such a repair.
Before scheduling an appointment, I would recommend asking about any additional fees or add-ons Lavallee may now be charging.
