Great customer service and very friendly!

Problem not fixed and now they won’t take our phone call to come completely fix the problem.

They came out to my house on a Friday afternoon when they were headed home and fixed my well so my kids and I would have water. Great people and great work.

Do not use! Torn up yard. Lack of knowledge. No resolution to issue. Did not complete job as indicated. Overpriced. Do not use!

Mr birge came out to look at job and bid me 500 dollars. I told him to give me a few weeks to afford the job and he was fine with that. Called him to do job last week and he said he would be here Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.i call him Monday morning for confirmation and he said he would call me back.he lied.called him on Tuesday he said he would come out.he lied again. It is now Friday and he is still a no call and no show. Please save yourself the time and grief by finding someone else to do your plumbing.

This is the only plumber to ever use! I had multiple gas leaks, and he worked until he found them all. I’ve never used any repair service that I felt so confident in. The nicest person and reasonably priced.

Great service- lost power during Ice Strom pipes froze and busted. Mr. Sparks came out as soon as I called, he worked most of night.

Pipe busted during the winter storm back in late January and he came out when the roads were still bad and fixed it quick and charged a reasonable price. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't and I appreciate it.

Highly recommended!! They are very detailed in explaining the problem, what it’s going to take to fix it, taking pictures to show us the problem and the problem being fixed. They are always on time and within in the next hour (if possible) of us calling they come and take care of any problems for our Airbnb properties on Sardis Lower Lake!

Mr. Sparks was very knowledgeable, upfront and reasonably priced. He arrived in a timely manner in the cold pouring down rain and went about fixing our problem. He’s my forever plumber, now!
