Constraction reviews in Florence, Mississippi

These guys did a great job on my grandmother's roof. They were very professional, and did a fabulous job! The salesman, David Allen, was very friendly and informative and even came back after the job was complete with a magnet to make sure all the nails were picked up, and to make sure that she was satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

I had had a new roof put on my home about 5 years ago by someone else and it leaked from day 1. After several attempts to repair it I lost track of them and wasn't able to find them. I finally contacted Brandon with Paterot Roofing after having several other roofers look at it Brandon was the only one that seemed to know what needed to be done to take care of my problem. They weren't able to start as soon as they thought due to weather. But Brandon kept in touch with me to keep me informed. When they were able to get started they did an excellent job right down to the cleen up. I know they used more metal and labor than they thought they would they stood behind there qiote they had given me. Thanks guys good job. No more leaks.

This company is 100% all about the customer! They are upstanding honest businessmen and extremely talented in their work!!! I will always recommend them to anyone! Even though my roofing need was small they treated me as if all jobs are important to them! If you want the job done right, call PATRIOT ROOFING!!!

I had extensive, external hail damage to 2 houses and some outbuildings. Patriot Roofing was with me through the whole process, including the Insurance assessment. They did everything they promised to do. House and patio roof replacements (2 houses); siding replacement; window replacements; metal barn roof replacement. Some of the items needed for the repairs required special ordering and even those were completed in a very timely manner. My home looks better after they finished the repairs than it did before the damage, and the house is only 5 years old. Very, very pleased with this company and their staff.

Patriot Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. They walked us through the entire process from discussing insurance coverage to making the best choice of roofing shingles for our home. They were very professional and completed the job in the time they had quoted along with protecting our shrubs and flowers from any damage. I would highly recommend Patriot Roofing.

The folks at Patriot Roofing are amazing. They came out immediately to help us solve a preexisting problem. They’re timely, caring, and are fully invested in their customers. These guys are the ones to trust, for sure!! They’re the only Roofing company I have in my phone’s contacts.

Brandon and his guys did an excellent job!! He worked great with the insurance company to assist us with coverage. He was also able to find the other contractors needed to finish the job, i.e. gutter man, carpenters, painters, which made it so much easier since insurance was involved. To us, the workmanship is top notch. Can’t thank them enough for everything they did and their ability to work around our busy schedules as well.

After months of working back and forth with my insurance company, Brandon and his team at Patriot came to the rescue. My roof repairs were completed quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Brandon for any roofing or general contracting needs!!

Brandon, Henry and the team at Patriot Roofing are very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with insurance when filing a claim. Henry came out and took a lot of photos that showed the damage to my roof and these helped in getting my previous insurance claim reopened. Then, Henry was there when the adjuster was sent out to perform an inspection on the roof. Patriot Roofing was instrumental in getting us a new roof! They are professional and courteous and we would highly recommend them!

Patriot Roofing did a cold call inspection on my roof and found hail damage. The sales rep then helped me contact my insurance company to file a claim the same day. He later met with the insurance adjuster to verify that he saw the same damage. Once the claim was settled and the shingles chosen, the roof was removed and a new one installed all in one day. I am very pleased with Patriot Roofing and highly recommend their services.

While replacing our roof, Brandon’s crew went above and beyond in efficiency and professionalism. They were punctual and easy to work with. Brandon helped us through each aspect of dealing with our insurance agent and adjuster. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing.

Mr. Lundsford and his team at Patriot Roofing did an outstanding job repairing our roof and damage inside and out caused by the storm back in March. He was also very knowledgeable about how the process with the insurance company would work and was able to answer any of our questions and concerns. I found him after they were completing a neighbors roof and I like what I saw. I would highly recommend him and his company for any of your roofing needs!

Best decision I could've made was calling Patriot Roofing. In just a couple of hours I had been contacted by the salesman, Brandon. Within 1 week, he had the material and crew at my house. The crew showed up first thing that morning, and they were done by lunchtime. They went to work and got ir done. They cleaned up all the mess and left us with a beautiful new roof! Highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

I can’t express enough how we are very pleased with our roof ! We needed a new roof really bad and having to pay out of pocket with no insurance filed, we had to shop around. Brandon handled the process from start to finish with such professionalism. He came in with his team and they went above and beyond with attention to detail to their work from removal, installing, and clean up! I will ONLY recommend Patriot Roofing to everyone. Thank you again Brandon !!

Thanks to Patriot Roofing for a super fast repair to one of my investment properties today! With several days of rain in the forecast, Brandon was true to his word that they would get my roof fixed ahead of the storms. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Patriot Roofing. Every time they have been on time and within budget. Fantastic service. Highly recommend!!

Patriot Roofing was absolutely awesome! I called them on Monday morning, they came out to give us an estimate the same day, then showed up on Thursday morning to do the work. The job was completed in one day, the crew was very friendly and respectful and they went out of their way to keep things cleaned up as much as possible. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and the kindness and professionalism displayed by all of the employees.

Brandon with Patriot Roofing was great. He was very helpful with the entire process of our roof replacement and interior repairs. We are very happy with the high quality of work and professionalism from his team. I would highly recommend him for roofing and other home repair needs.

Patriot Roofing replaced my entire roof and also rebuilt my patio roof. Their communication about everything was very clear and timely. Some of the other companies I contacted for an estimate took 2 weeks to return my call. Patriot Roofing was on the job! They were professional and very reasonably priced. They did an outstanding clean up afterward. No trash left behind.
I'm very pleased!!

Brandon at Patriot was absolutely wonderful! After months of fighting with insurance our previous contractor ghosted us on repairs. Brandon came out within a week to do a repair estimate, was reasonably priced, and had all the repairs finished within a month and they look great! It was nice to feel like our business was a priority even if it wasn’t a huge job!! We plan to have him complete some other small projects as well. I would highly recommend Brandon and his team at Patriot to anyone looking for a roofer or general contractor!

Very pleased. Patriot handled everything after I made the claim with my insurance. Brandon worked with my Insurance carrier to be sure everything my roof needed got covered and he communicated with me frequently. Repair started right away and was done in one day. His crew did a great job on the roof and clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Patriot.
