On 3 separate occassions this company was scheduled to come to my home for repairs. On each occasion, I took off work, but there was a no-show on their end. I didn't even get a call on either occasion beforehand to tell me they were not gonna be able to come. They just didn't show! On the last occassion, the appointment was scheduled at 11am. I texted afterwards to see if he was still coming and he responded with yes, but still didn't show. Unreliable & bad customer service.
