Terrible organization. Scheduled for lawn services twice now and no one will come.

Very professional. They give me plenty of warning before they arrive and then do the work quickly. Very nice.

This is a scheduled lawn service with good customer service and email communications. The service is great. Mow, trim, and blower service is standard. 5 star rating.

wife ordered service through phone, they took our card on file, lawn care service giver never did the lawn mowing and the company charged us twice, when we brought this to their attention, they only agreed to pay us partial amount, unethical for charging on service that they never provided, disputed this with Card company.

This Lawn Care Company did an excellent job!! They were very professional and courteous.. Fantastic job on my Lawn. I would highly recommend their services!!!

Worst experience EVER!!!
Once they have your money customer service will cease to exist & they will charge you for service they NEVER provided. If you call customer service & press #1 for new customer someone will pick up immediately but press #2 for existing customers & you'll see for yourself that nobody ever picks up.

They missed grass everywhere, my yard yard was uneven they half way left noticeable strands of grass near and inside my flower bed and also they cut my yard on a high level, I’m assuming that was intentional so they could return the following week. I’ll never use these mtfs again, and I wouldn’t recommend these people to someone with a vision impairment. Also when my wife called the guy to complain about the quality he had an attitude. Hate that I had to give one star in which they don’t deserve that.

Do NOT use!!! Recently the company came, and mowed my lawn but damaged my property in the process. It is a nightmare to get anything repaired now, and the servicer is no help.

Update - I sent Robert an email and never received a response. The next step is to get a lawyer involved.

To follow up, it has been two months since I filed the claim, and my property is still not repaired. This is completely unacceptable!!

They are always on time, they do great work very neat and Matt whose the crew leader is excellent with customer service and communication. I'd recommend this service and this crew to any business or residential customer whom like myself does not have the time to maintain a lawn. We are always at work when they come. They have access to perimeter, they let you know when they are on their way , when they have arrived and when they are leaving. Very professional. I love their work

Always communicates with me when schedule needs to shift. Wonderful coming home and the yard is done.

I have used this service in two different states, it was a little easier to get contractors. In mississippi, then it is in,Texas for some reason. Im satisfied with the work that was performed. This is a very convenient app service.

As a professional service be more respectful of instructions given by customers. Treat customers property as if it was your own.

Lawnstarter mowers are hit or miss. We had one named Diontrell for awhile that did amazing work. After he stopped, we were matched with others that were not are reliable. Just hope you get matched with a good professional and if you don’t, you need to make a stink about it and switch to someone else.

Avoid this company. I was recently contacted and asked to pay $70 for a lawn service that was scheduled over two years ago and never completed. The work was not finished properly: the backyard was not cut, areas around our camper were skipped, and during the service we were repeatedly asked for additional money. I do not believe it is appropriate to be charged for incomplete work, especially after more than two years. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
