On 12-25-18 around 7:30 at night, my husband and I were in our spare bedroom trying to hook my sons gaming system up. As I was vacuuming the carpet, the power in the room all of a sudden went out. We checked everything we knew to check and decided to call an electrician to come check it the next day. They showed up at 11:00 the next day and after hearing the two men say "hum, hum" about 50 times, they proceeded to inform us that they didnt know what was wrong. They then tell us that it would end up costing around $600 in labor alone and all of the walls would need to be torn out. They also said that the outlets were good and that we could just use a lamp in the room until we got ready to find the problem. So after a $60 service charge, we decided to wait until after the holidays to have it fixed. We later discovered that the outlets that they said could be used, were all dead.

I was contacted by a friend that works for Ridgeline and was asked what was going on. I explained everything to her and when I asked how much the service call would be she told me and then proceeded to let me know that if we went with them for repair that the service call fee would go toward the total bill. They were out here that afternoon and within 5 minutes the electrician had found out what the problem was and had let us know that unless something else unforseen came up the walls would not have to be torn out.. We were quoted a price that was 1/4 of the previous electricians quote. They were here the next morning even in the rain and had the problem completely fixed within 3 hours. They ended up hooking me up an outlet in my kitchen (probably because they were afraid I might try to wire it and mess up their work lol).
They were 110% professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. I was given the owners cell phone number in case we needed anything in the future. We are forever Ridgeline Electric customers and I will recommend them to as many friends and family members as I can!

Tony is honest and hard-working. He came out to look at everything we had going on and gave us different avenues to work. He explained everything thoroughly before he did anything. He and Erica were so professional. We are so happy with all of their work. We have a whole new outdoor entertaining space. Our house is safe to live in (yes, there was a lot of work to be done here). I can't say enough just how over and beyond he went, he was thorough, and takes such pride in his work. We will recommend to everyone we know.

Called and they came out & a timely manner and not only replaced my burnt outlet behind my stove, but the power cord to my stove that had been ruined by the outlet. Very kind and fast service. Will use again and recommend.

Bought an old home (1890!) with expectation of needing electrical "updates" eventually. Well, a good wind from Hurricane Francine moved eventually to immediately. Called Ridgeline and asked for a service call to get our power restored. Tony and assistant showed up next day and identified much more than a quick fix. Tony was upfront with everything he encountered...and realistic about what needed to be done. And expressed surprise that the house hadn't burned down yet!!! We ended up with a complete re wire job, and this old house presented some unique challenges. Tony's crew was professional, prompt and fair. What we hoped was gonna be a quick service call ended up being an almost 6 week endeavor. We now are safe and up to code! Thank you, Ridgeline! Gonna miss you guys being around! 😉
