I'm new to the community and I was referred to Certified Central Air. I called and spoke to Dexter. I informed him I wanted an annual checkup, on my a/c. It wasn't an emergency, so we set up an appointment. Levi came out and everything checked out fine. I've been buying air filters that are suppose to last 3 months. Even though I replaced it every month. Levi informed me to not use a 3M product. They don't allow the air to flow properly. They're hard on an a/c. I was so grateful for his knowledge and recommendation, to use a cheaper brand that allows air quality flow. Dexter & Levi are a father & son team. They're professionals with a personal touch. They now have a customer for life. I highly recommend Certified Central Air, for all your a/c and heating needs.

I woke up to my A/C out and my house rapidity heating up. In a panic i called them at 6:30am, they came out within an hour to had me up and running again. Their price was more than fair and were super friendly!
They saved my dogs from having to stay in a scorching house and I wasn’t even late for work by the time they had it running!

I called on a Friday around 3 pm Levi came out and installed my mini split the same day me and my family could not be more thankful for the work certified central air did to get us up and going

I installed a mini split from Amazon and finished to my best ability. Gave Levi a call to check the unit over. He came out in exceptional time and was honest, knowledgeable and not upset to help being I installed it myself. He gave a few pointers and supplied me with a list of material I can use to make it look even better. Very satisfied with his work.

These guys are awesome, I had a mini split I installed on my camper and I didn’t have the correct gauges to vac it down, they came out vac it down for me and found a leak, they fixed the leak and got me going, 5/5 for these guys, will be calling them for all my heat and ac needs in the future

Very responsive on a Sunday and came out to make sure we had cool air for the night. I really recommend these gentlemen here! They also came back in the next few days and installed a new out side unit and inside A-Coil for a very great price! All around satisfied with everything they did!

Mr. Dexter and Levi were life-savers! They showed up when I was in a pinch with my outside unit, and not only fixed my issue but went above and beyond to ensure I don’t have any more issues in the future! Very professional! I called them on a Sunday morning and Mr bufkin had his son Levi at my house within an hour. Unfortunately my outside unit went out but Levi went out of his way to make sure my family had a replacement ASAP. Highly recommend.

Greta great experience. Called because my heater stopped working during 24 degree weather. Came right out. Was very friendly. Had everything he needed in his truck to fix my problem. Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg like most companies. This company is now my go to for all my ac needs. I can’t express how grateful I am to this company.
