Had a few rental houses I needed done in the 39110 area code & everyone but Surface Medic LLC wanted to overcharge me & have horrible customer service. These guys came out cleaned all three of my rental properties front, back, up & down. Most reasonable pricing I have seen on any of my rental properties to date along with the top notch professionalism that you'd expect from a much higher costing company.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Brad and his team at Service Medic were amazing! They were complete professionals - showing up when they promised and over delivering on quality of their work. If not done correctly, pressure washing can damage your home and windows.. Brad knew exactly how to achieve extraordinary results while keeping all my plants, furniture, bird feeders, and windows free from any harm. I would highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Surface Medic's excellent and honest service. The low pressure/soft wash did a great job cleaning my home. My windows were also supposed to be cleaned (separate service which was also quoted) but when Brad got here, he recommended we only do the windows in covered areas instead of all windows since it was supposed to rain this afternoon, which it did. Brad could have easily done all the windows and charged me as quoted but he prioritized honest service over making the extra $ and that is exactly why I will definitely be using Surface Medic in the future. Highly recommended!

Wow! Just can’t say enough good things about Surface Medic....would give them 10 stars if I could! From the time Brad came to look at my house (received a quote for pressure washing & washing outside windows) until the work was complete, it was an awesome customer experience....totally hassle free & the work done was first class! He even sent me pics of everything before & after. That was an added bonus....& he sent them the same day the work was completed! Can I just say again awesome customer experience??!! The Suface Medic team did an outstanding job at my home today. They were very detailed and professional. We had planned to paint the exterior of our house in the next few months but we can definitely wait at least until next summer or maybe longer. The cleaning was beautiful and they took such care by not applying too much pressure. I highly recommend Surface Medic!!

From the first time that Brad with Surface Medics and I spoke, he was always professional and explained the process thoroughly before the job. Yesterday, he cleaned our roof, driveway and sidewalks and both my husband and I could not be any more pleased with the great job they did! Both the roof and the concrete looks brand new again! Brad followed up after the work was complete since I was at work when they finished. He stressed that he wanted to be sure we were happy with the job and if there were any areas we were not pleased with he would take care of them. We highly recommend Surface Medics!

I cannot say enough good things about Surface Medic. They are the epitome of professionalism from start to finish.

I used them for an exterior clean on the house a couple of years ago and recently again for the house, driveway, sidewalk, patio, walkways, etc.

When Brad comes out to give you an estimate he is very thorough and knowledgeable and will discuss the different techniques that they can use on problem areas or areas that may require a light hand or special attention. I appreciate that level of detail in explanation.

Every time you contact Brad or Amber they respond so promptly!

A few days before the appointment they sent me a reminder message with a little video explaining what you should remember to address before your cleaning which I found helpful.

The day of the appointment I received text notifications when the technicians were on their way with their eta, when they arrived, and when they left. When they arrived, the guys came to the door and were very polite.

They seemed to work very thoroughly and once they were finished they talked with me about some problem areas and things I could do.

After the appointment Brad called to check on my satisfaction with the job.

Surface Medic is one of the few businesses that I just wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. I appreciate the attention to detail, customer satisfaction, communication, and quality work they provide and wish them much success!
