My 83 year old grandmother contacted Aquatic Waves a month ago to come open up and clean her pool for her. They repetitively told her they would come and did not communicate with her when they did not come. They never came and tomorrow is the beginning of June. She’s now finding someone new a month later after no information given to her. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed in this business.

Wonderful customer service, they will customize within reason. They do great with a really bad, green pool. Keeping up the maintenance is worth the reasonable fee.

Used another local company which offered terrible service and cleaning. Switched to Aqua Wave and my pool is now the cleanest I've ever had. They are punctual and professional. They really know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Aquatic Waves did an immaculate job flipping a pool. The tech was responsive, quick, and thorough. Aquatic Waves is also quite reliable. If the tech tells you he will be there, he will be there. Whether that be for routine maintenance, or a repair of some sort. I'd recommend their service to anyone and everyone in Madison, MS.

I used there service for almost 2 years.. they were suppose to clean my pool every Friday… Sometimes wouldn’t show up and then say they had… Then sometimes would show up late on Saturday or even Monday… Finally they charged me akot of money to replace a small piece and charged me an arm and leg …. Then I paid it and he never grt toyyyyyt ftt service and let me with a green pool…Dint use them..

I’ll agree that Ethan and crew did a great job for me in taking care of my general maintenance needs. I will go back to him for this and more.

I do not recommend using Ethan at Aquatic Waves. He installed our pool liner, and within a year, it had wrinkles and started pulling and sagging in multiple spots. We reached out to him numerous times asking for help, and while he repeatedly said he would come by to take a look and fix it, he never followed through—week after week. He eventually showed up with a plunger to look at it, then never came back with the liner lock to actually fix the problem.
After blowing us off multiple times, he even asked us to please be patient with him, but then we never heard from him again. After “patiently” waiting over the span of several months with no follow-up, we had no choice but to fix the issues ourselves, despite them being caused by, in our opinion, his poor installation. The lack of professionalism and reliability was extremely frustrating. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere.

Excellent work we had recently gotten algae in our pool. After treatment a few hours later you couldn’t tell there was any algae ever there. Great work and very knowledgeable about pools, I also learned a lot from them! Highly recommend!

Have used Aquatic Waves for several years ranging from pool repairs and annual maintenance to monthly service when I’m not doing it myself. Completely satisfied each time: fair prices, prompt service, respectful employees, and they never leave a mess. Having utilized multiple metro-area pool services over the last 25 years, Ethan and crew are a cut above. His word means something.

After years of (trying to) taking care of our own pool we finally decided to relax and let someone do it for us so we can just enjoy it. Within days they had the pool clear and ready for us to dive in. They have been very prompt and responsible. We thought our pool steps were ruined by the house painters who washed their brushes in our pool but they managed to get the stains out! Highly recommend.

Ethan took the time to come out in person, carefully reviewed the situation, and created a thoughtful repair plan.
