Terrible communication. Only answers our insurance agents phone calls. We call straight to voicemail and no return call.
They’ve came out three times in less then a month, ac only works for a fews days. This last time it worked for 2 hours tops.
Update: Unfortunately we can’t get reassigned from these people. Now they’re LYING to our insurance agents saying they’ll come up. Never show up.
