Jonathan and his team at Evolution are top notch. We have a 6 month old grandson living with us when our upstairs ac unit stopped cooling. Jonathan had his guys out promptly the next morning. They replaced a capacitor and got us back going. Unfortunately, that repair was just the first step and our ac went out again the next day. Jonathan made sure to personally come out the very next morning and find that out fan motor had completely seized. He repaired it and we're back in business! Jonathan made sure to communicate with us and got our air back cooling and we couldn't recommend him and his company more! Great job guys!

We have used evolution twice through our warranty company. They have been kind and have showed up faster than any other company we’ve used through our warranty. They have resolved both our heating and cooling problems. Great company!

Today August 8th 2025, we received a service call from Jonathan with Evolution Cooling. Jonathan was very polite, professional and attention to detail. He not only told us the problem with our air condition ...but he showed us on his phone the problem with the coil and that we need an entirely new unit. Jonathan stated that he would prepare a report and send it to American Home Shield to inform them that we need a new unit.
We really appreciate your service Jonathan and there are more service technicians that need your training and professionalism. Is Service technicians as Jonathan that needs Recognition from their company along with a pay increase.
** I would just like to mention that we have been waiting since 2020 for American Home Shield to repair/ replace our air conditioning unit. We are tired of using fans to try to cool off in this hot humid Mississippi weather.

Evolution Cooling and Heating is a great company that resolved my heating and cooling issues. I previously held two different home warranty contracts that covered repairing my unit. However, neither warranty comes close to the level of professionalism and customer quality care as Evolution Cooling and Heating provided. Initial assessment was fast and actual repair was a quick turnaround. I have absolutely zero issues or qualms with Evolution Cooling and Heating and the great work they performed. Planning to continue working with Evolution Cooling and Heating for any new unit issues that occur over time. Highly recommend!
