Excellent and accurate diagnostic of a heat pump that had not been operated in a long time and was not functioning properly. . The M&M team cleaned, changed out parts, and knew this decades' old unit, getting it repaired and running at a fraction of the cost for a new unit.

I called for service and Josh answered, it wasn't an electronic device. After a brief introduction he told me that he was in Alabama and the earliest he could get to me would be the next day early morning. He said if it's was possible for him to return from Alabama he would come the same day. He call that afternoon and said he was on his way. He found the issue fixed it , my A/C unit is now working fine.That to me speaks volume.
