I believe the true measure of a business is their ability and willingness to help people even when it doesn't necessarily result in a sale. This was my recent experience with John Henry Supply. In the past year, we've make a few purchases from them for miscellaneous parts that we needed for our church's AC units. Always a reasonable price and great customer service. Most recently though, we had to replace a thermostat in one of our church buildings and even though we tried a couple other old thermostats we had left over from another building, we still couldn't get the system to kick on. So I called and spoke to the owner and asked if he had any advice he could give me over the phone. For the next 10-15 minutes, he listened to what I had already tried, asked some questions about our system, and then had me try a few things to make sure the problem wasn't with our HVAC system itself. After just a few minutes, we had narrowed it down that the problem was in fact only with the multiple thermostats we had tried. In no time at all, we were able to get the thermostat bypassed (until we could get a new one) and the heat running in time for our church service that evening. Needless to say, I highly recommend John Henry Supply!
