I had the technician Kennedy, and he knew exactly what the problem was and also gave a few tips on maintenance that could reduce the chances of problems occurring. He had the AC unit blowing cold air again within literal minutes. Would request and recommend him again!

I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism shown by Jacob during one of the most difficult times in my life. My father had just passed away, and I had family traveling in for his funeral when my upstairs air conditioning went out. Jacob came quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed right away.

But what truly moved me and brought me to tears was that he also realized there was an issue with the downstairs unit, without hesitation he repaired it as a courtesy without my having to make a separate service call. Our technicians for our new unit were Hayden and Terrence, they were very thorough in changing out our system and teaching us how to operate and take care of the new system. Great job guys! After getting a new AC unit installed the service guys told us about their service of cleaning air vents .they did excellent job on air so we scheduled the vent cleaning up. Had been 22 years since we had old system. They did great job. Polite hard working young men for both jobs.Explained everything.

I learned of Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC. through my home warranty company, American Homeshield. Stacy and Kelcy were very helpful in scheduling my initial appointment, with Dustin. Dustin arrived punctually to look at my HVAC unit and immediately diagnosed the problem. Stacy not only provided me with the option to fix my current unit but she also explained two other options that were available as well. She was responsive to emails and answered all of my questions.

I chose to replace my entire HVAC system and furnace as both were older than 30 years. Financing and cash options were both available for my purchase and I was able to get everything installed in one day. Billy Joe and Chuck worked tirelessly to make sure the system was properly installed. I was notified when the technicians were on the way and when the job was completed.
