Never give reviews unless very good very bad. I called 4 times requesting sprinkler repair. Was told they would call or come by. Nothing. Know they are busy but a call would have been nice. Never had issues with Chandelier. 2 neighbors have stopped using them for lawn service due to inconsistent treatments

I had the opportunity to meet Nathan and his coworker at a training event. They seem very knowledgeable and have good systems in place to provide great landscaping and property maintenance.

I am rating them two stars only because they initially did a good job when they first started in the business. We began using Chandler's when we lived in Olive Branch. As first, they did a good job but after a year, we noticed they were not spraying all the weeds in the back yard. After complaining, things got a little better. We then moved back across the line to TN, and we assumed Chandler's only serviced northeast MS so we tried someone else. Later, we saw a Chandler's truck in our area so we switched back to Chandlers. Like deja vu, at first they did a great job front and back, but then we noticed they completely stopped spraying and fertilizing the back yard. I tried repeatedly to contact them by phone over a 3-4 month time frame. At first, the line would just ring and ring but no answer. Once, I did reach voicemail where I left a message but no one called me back. Also, a couple of times a woman answered who listened to my complaints, but said she couldn't help me and I would need to talk to Shane or Shay (apparently the owner). So I left messages with the lady who answered but no call backs. Finally, I did not pay our last bill because they were still charging me for front and back, but only servicing the front. This time when the lady answered, I told her I would not pay the bill until they resolved the issue. This time I finally got a voicemail from Shane or Shay who said he was headed to our house to check it out and would call me later that day and he mentioned since we had tried growing fescue in our back yard, they did not treat fescue (we had briefly tried growing fescue in the back only because we have no many trees, but it all died....probably from not being treated!). Well, I have no proof he ever came out to our house that day to inspect the yard, and I've never heard back from the guy.....never to this day! Regarding the fescue comment he left on his voicemail, first of all, when they noticed we put down fescue, they should have contacted us to let us know why it was a problem so we could make a decision about service. Second, we still needed weed control in the back yard and they didn't even do that! Third, they should have responded promptly to my complaints over the course of the 3-4 months. And lastly, they were still charging me for full service but only providing service to front yard. This is not the way a company does business that wants to stay in business. Apparently, he is not concerned with one irate customer, but at least I can let everyone know of our experience in case you are thinking about using them. Needless to say, I've left my share of aggravated voicemails for him since, but received no response. I have canceled our services (by leaving a message since they don't regularly take calls, and we will NEVER use them again and suggest you don't either.

They will get over on you every chance they get. They never treated my back yard until I called and told them that I can see their worker on camera not going in the back yard.
My front yard started to look good, but once I canceled they snuck out and fed the front yard. Now I have weeds again after using them over 2 yrs.

I’ve finally found a full service landscaping company that I’m happy with! No need for a separate company to fertilize, or a separate company to open and close the sprinkler system. They have also helped with a couple of large landscaping changes. Great crews!

I came across Wheeler’s Landscape Group through a friend while working on a fence estimate from the ice storm. Jordan and his team did a great job getting my landscape beds back in shape for the spring. I am considering some changes and Jordan gave suggestions on other options of what could be done. Highly recommend!

Jordon and Wheeler's Landscape Group are great to work with. In the past 3 months, I have had 3 projects done that Jordon worked on for me. All 3, including a follow up repair caused by weather, were handled professionally, on time and at a reasonable cost. You can't go wrong with Wheeler's Landscape.

UPDATE: Remaining at 1 star. Called on Monday and left a message. The nice receptionist called and said someone would reach out in 24-72 hours. Received a text a little past 8PM on Wednesday asking for my availability. I responded the following morning(Thursday) around 7:30am that I would be available on Friday from 9-4 and if that didn’t work I could schedule something the following week. No response until 7:30PM on Friday asking if I was available tomorrow (Saturday) at 10AM. I recommend seeking other companies.

The only review I can give is a 1 star for the simple fact that I never heard back. I called and left a message to have someone come out and give me a quote on a whole landscape redo of the front of my house. The receptionist called back and with her kids screaming in the background said the owner is the one who does the quoting and I would hear back within 24-48 hours. Here I am a week later and nothing.
