I can't say enough good things about this company. Professional, incredible work and business ethics, and highly competent. They coated the 64-year-old cast iron drainage lines in my house. I'm very pleased and relieved they were able to complete the job with no damage to the pipes.

They unloaded me before my appointment quickly and very friendly but there is not enough space for overnight parking but there is a truck stop one minute away and they charge 10 dollars

I wished I would have read reviews. I told them all the problems I was having with my sewer line and even said the previous person couldn't get a snake down it. Well he ran the snake and pulled up with clay. Bottom is broke out so wont be ble to run snake. 197.$$$ just to tell me it messed up and I still need it fixed and he said I will need to call and get out on the schedule 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ then have me an estimate of why it will cost me to do the job... 165 per our ect.... so I am where I started when I called in desperate need!! Unbelievable.

I had a frozen pipe that burst. I called a 6:30 pm. The plumbers were here the next morning at 8:30, even though they had to brave snow and ice to get her. They got me fixed up. Payne Plumbing is awesome!

No tools to the the job right. Charged $180 I recied nothing. No fix No prospect of repair. Just a simple conjob and promises to charge $2500 on the next visit. Ya know I consider myself lucky to get this guy/company off my property without the cops getting involved.
But
This company is much much worse. What this guy did is cut up some of the root and stopped before the job was finished. Leaving a wood blocked main hoping for more work. Get this talked to the owner same line and stated for $450 more would cut the roots out.

I will never use Payne plumbing nor will I ever refer them to anyone (Not even to my enemy). I chose them off the good reviews from NextDoor, the associated (Tim) they sent over for a plumbing issue in the home I’m purchasing. He is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve encountered in a long time. He charge the saler $130 and he didn’t even do any repairs .

I'm still in shock at the extremely poor level of service I got today (9/2/2014). Plumber arrived at 8:45 a.m. to repair a leaking dishwasher line. He took a couple of seconds to look at the problem with his flashlight and said he would have to go look for parts.

Over 2 hours went by with no contact from the company. I called them and the woman who answered the phone said "He can't find the part. He might not be able to fix it." I waited 3 more hours and called back at 2:00 p.m. She said he had gone on another service call and probably wouldn't be able to fix it. I told her I was going to call someone else who knew what they were doing and told her that she should have called me to let me the know the situation.

Called another plumber and he had the problem fixed from start to finish in less than 20 minutes.

I know this plumber from Payne had to be licensed. It is inconceivable to me he didn't know how to fix something so simple.

The second plumber from the other company almost fell on the floor laughing when I told him what the Payne plumber said and did. If I hadn't had a witness, I doubt he would have believed me. He said it was one of the simplest plumbing problems to repair and would be something he could tell his grandchildren. (His exact words.)

And, the woman who answers the phone doesn't appear to know that the bare minimum for acceptable customer service is to keep your customers informed. I would drown before I ever called this company again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We called to see what their rate was and got 2 different answers. I called to have them replace my fan on my tankless water heater still under warranty. They came out, ordered the part and came back the next day to put the part in. They never gave me a quote for the work and then dropped a bill of $495. There were no notes about the price. I called and talked to the owner for a long time.
They do not know what they are doing. Their pricing is so screwed up. They were totally deceptive and claims to have worked 3 hrs total, but I have on my own record that they were on site for no more than 1hr and 20 min. Then he trued telling me that they charge for travel time. Which still did not add up to anywhere near the bill.

Had no issue with the technician, but their pricing is deceptive and highly erratic! Never again.

This company did an amazing job at a much much cheaper price than the former company had quoted in a much faster time than they were able, I will be definitely calling them for all my plumbing needs from here on out.

Will absolutely refer this family oriented establishment to my friends and family. They are professional affordable and their work is absolutely worth the praise. We will definitely use them for future work of any kind.

Put in a service request last night and got a call bright and early this morning to schedule a plumber to come investigate a leak. They were able to fit me in that day and had my problem fixed in no time. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional when he came to fix a leak in my jacuzzi tub in the master bath. He found more that was wrong than originally thought. Thank goodness he found it when he did so it didn’t cause the damage it could have. He kept me abreast the whole time of what he was doing and what he was finding; he even showed me what he found using a small camera attached to his phone that he threaded through to the back of the tub. I opted not to have him fix it, as I’m thinking of remodeling the shower/tub. I trust what he said, and so appreciate that he answered all of my questions in order to make an informed decision. Thank you!
