ServPro of Olive Branch performed our water leak mitigation. Wesley and Kirk were very responsive and their team did a fantastic job removing the water damage and mold. They dried everything out and left things clean and ready for my contractor to make repairs. Will use them again if I ever again need such services.

They didn’t complete all work requested. I had some ceiling and carpet damage from a water leak. They completed removal of water damage and that was it. I was supposed to get remodeling of sheet rock for ceiling, painting and replacement of carpet. I’m still waiting for over two weeks to hear back after leaving a message on the office voicemail and a few messages on project manager voicemail to no success. Unfortunately, I’m having to go elsewhere for service.

After contacting Preston with ServPro, he came out immediately, looked at my damage, and said I can get this taken care of you, simply and confidently. With that, I was confident in going forward in the insurance process. They’ve taken care of every step of the way from demo, mitigation, insurance, and now repair with Brian. Such a blessing!

I met two of your employees,Richard and Mike, at a gas station literally an hour after my daughter had jus ruined my favorite rug at home. I knew they were probably very busy but my inquiring mind just had to know if the offered a service that could help me or at the very least know any helpful tips. I was shocked at how kind and helpful they were with me. They could have easily brushed me aside since I wasn't a paying customer yet. Right time right place I guess. You guys have some great employees for sure!
