3. The owners/managers of this business are a local couple and are extremely responsive and communicative to customers.
4. The way they give you a window of time in which the crew may arrive. That is such a sensible way to handle a situation in which a client s cleaning may take longer than anticipated.
5. In summary, I recommend EVERYTHING about this service and urge you to give it a try. It is reasonably priced and worth every penny!

Simply Clean always impresses! The girls are very sweet and have a willing attitude to do whatever tasks or cleaning i ask them to. Stacey and her team came today and did a wonderful job. I use Simply Clean about 4 times a year for deep cleaning. It always feels so good to come home after they have been at my house. I trust this team and will always call on them for my cleaning/housekeeping needs.

Hired these guys to clean a house I was putting up for sale. They used some strong cleaner on the cabinet over the stove and stripped the paint off. The worst part was they didn't even contact me about the damage. I had the house on the market for several months, and had a ton of viewings but no offers. Finally got an offer well below ask and came back to close and found this, which is no doubt why. Luckily I had taken photos for the movers a couple of days before, and my realtor took photos the day after, or they would have refused to even admit they did it. I talked to a couple of cabinet people and the only way to fix this so the paint matches is repaint all the cabinets, which is almost $10k.

If you use these guys, be very careful and document before and after carefully or you may have costly damage to your house. Damage that they'll try to hide from you.
