Constraction reviews in Pearl, Mississippi

We are buying a house and it requires a new roof. I took to Angi and we had a quick response from Brayden. He went and took measurements the very next day.

These are great people, friendly, helpful, and get things done. We had to get our roof replaced due to hail damage and a leak. These guys had to even rebuild our decking to get it up to code and it was completely finished in 2 days. The decking and roof done on the first day, the second day was just to finish up with vents and a few other things. The roof is absolutely gorgeous, i dare say the best looking one on the block! They worked with me and my insurance to get us the best price possible and put our minds at ease. Thank you Complete Exteriors for being the amazing people you are!!

Complete exterior replaced my roof and installed new gutters. They did an outstanding job! From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team was professional, punctual, and skilled. They provided a clear, detailed quote with no hidden fees. The crew was respectful, kept the site clean, and completed the job efficiently. The new roof looks fantastic, and I’m confident in its durability. Communication was excellent throughout the project. I highly recommend Complete Exteriors for their exceptional service and quality workmanship.

We are very happy with the work that Complete Exterior did for us. After looking at reviews, we chose Complete Exterior to install new gutters & gutter guards on our home. They were professional and timely. While here, they discovered hail damage on our roof. Based on how pleased we were with their work, we chose them to replace our roof. Our salesman, Chris was very helpful through the entire process and even joined us when the adjuster came to inspect the damage.
Their roofing crew showed up early and went to work. They removed the old roof and reroofed our home in one day. The lady crew leader did not come to play and the gentleman over the job kept us informed of progress as the day went on. They cleaned up very well, including using a magnet to collect any stray roofing nails that might have escaped.
We would give Complete Exterior an A++
They are a family run business that will not disappoint!

When my skylight started leaking, I started looking for a highly rated company to replace it, that was reasonable on price. I contacted two companies for estimates, and Complete Exteriors was one of them. I had done a little research, and knew what a fair price on the job would be. After receiving my two estimates, the one provided by Holden Hornsby with Complete Exteriors was not only the more fairly priced, but was half the price of the other estimate I received. They handled everything over the phone with me, and I never even had to miss a moment of work. Holden and his team did a quality job, and did it quickly! I will definitely call them again for any roofing needs in the future.

Walker from the Sales team was very professional and always communicative. He made the process with insurance very easy. He met my adjuster on site. Jamie and his crew (Angie) were great. Our roof looks wonderful. They spent a lot of time cleaning up and we have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the metro area. Overall great experience.

My new roof looks amazing they were very nice they did an amazing job from estimate to completion was 3 days the price with the guarantee was the best price I had. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof AMAZING

Holden was very professional and provided exact pricing for the service I requested.

The direct person I was in contact with was Mr Holden Hornsby. He was "Outstanding"...The work for my roof and gutters was excellent. This is the company to use if you have Roofing or gutters repairs. They are very thorough and professional. The company also had patience with me for the receiving of my insurance reimbursement. Every worker at my house was very thorough and courteous. I will recommend them highly....You will be Pleased.

Chase was great. He kept me informed on everything . He is very knowledgeable . He explained everything and answered all my questions

Damien was my roofer and is excellent and very professional. My experience with Holden overseeing this whole project has always been thorough. I’ve never had a problem with this company at all. I highly recommend!

Chase Rhodes with Elite Roofing was very personable and knowledgeable. He walked through the estimate and financing process. I was very pleased and impressed.

Elite replaced our roof, copper flashing, power vents, and did stucco repair. The crew was efficient, took great care to protect shrubbery and trees, and left the property clean and undisturbed. Elite helped interface with our insurance which was a great relief. I would highly recommend them.

I was pleased with the great customer service and quality of work done. Both Perla and Townsend were personable, courteous and professional throughout the installation process. I appreciated the way they worked and the workers, themselves, did an excellent job in preparation and cleanup afterwards.

Elite Roofing and Gutter did an excellent job replacing my roof which had been damaged by hail. The company worked efficiently and competently from the point of initial inspection, estimate of repairs, coordination with the insurance company, through installation and clean-up. I highly recommend them.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Elite Roofing! They are professional, personable, always on time, and so willing to answer any and every question I have. Their team truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend Elite to anyone in need of roofing services.

Elite Roofing installed a new roof on my home. I went from a metal roof back to a shingle roof and can’t be more pleased. They had a large crew working and only took one day to install. The crew was very nice and the foreman, Cody, went out of his way to explain things to me if I had any questions. Holden, the salesman I worked with, went above and beyond. He had wonderful recommendations and was a huge help to me since I had never had a roof replaced. Thank you Elite Roofing for your wonderful work!!

Showed up promptly and kept me informed along the way. They were very professional and cleaned up after completing the job quickly. Completed a job that another supposedly reputable company wouldn’t come back because the other company wanted to replace the entire roof and not patch the leak i had. I will call them when it is time to replace the entire roof.

Brayden was very thorough during our estimate meeting! He took the time to explain what each level included, and even gave us an on-the-spot estimate for gutters! What’s even better, is the “best” level for both roof and gutters still comes in lower than what my husband and I expected to pay for the roof alone. We look forward to scheduling for our new roof!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Complete Exteriors! My insurance agent recommended 3 roofers and Complete was his first choice and quickly became my first choice as well. Blake Bauer looked at my roof, told me exactly what to do next and then returned to meet the insurance adjuster. I knew the Sales Rep was going to be the most important advocate for me with the adjuster and Blake seemed to have the confidence and experience to do just that. Blake promptly responded to every call and text message and guided me every step of the way. Cody Barattini was the site supervisor the day my new roof was installed. He couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating and kept me informed as the day progressed. He even helped get my neighbor’s dog back to her house so she wouldn’t get injured by all the falling debris. The crew hustled all day and in 12 hours had the old roof off, repairs made and the new roof installed. There were at least 2 guys I saw basically crawling around on their hands and knees picking up every tiny piece of trash. Other than a brand new roof, there wasn’t a speck of evidence the crew had been there. I’m happy to recommend Complete Exteriors!

Complete Exteriors does an amazing job from start to finish. The process was so easy with each person we dealt with and everyone was always helpful no matter what question we had. They were in and out in 2 days, and the cleanup of our property was impeccable! The copper on our dormer looks so good! We couldn’t have asked for any better! Highly recommend Complete Exteriors!
