Great service and communication. They worked with my insurance following an hail storm and got them all the info that was needed. From first claim file to new roof installed was less than 3 weeks. Cleanup from the roof replacement was great. No trash, debris or nails left anywhere. They prepped the job site and made sure everything was back in place prior to leaving. Great experience with Aaron and his team.

Complete Exteriors replaced my mothers roof and put on gutters. Their representative met the insurance adjuster and was very helpful during the process. Everyone was very professional and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had my chimney flashing and another section of my roof needing repair due to a bad fix by a different person and strong storms that produced leaks into my upstairs bathroom. The people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. They were on time for the job and throughout the job there was a point person at my house overseeing the work done to answer any questions I had. This helped me feel confident and comfortable knowing the work would be done right before they left. When you book a job you are given information videos as well as contacted by the people in charge of the job to let you know what is being done, why it is needed and when work will be done. I was shown pictures of the problem area before and pictures of the completed work showing how it was fixed. I would definitely recommend them for small jobs like mine or for a complete roof replacement when needed. I am including before top pictures and after pictures to show their amazing work.

Mr.Horton was very professional, he ask what I was wanting done. Then he inspected the job and when he finished he came to me with two quotes. I had asked for pricing on a complete replacement and a section replacement. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and professionally. He was very friendly and kind to an old women with lots of questions.i would definitely recommend him.

Complete Exteriors has got to be the most organized, thorough, and efficient roofing contractor any where around. From the initial inspection with an insurance adjuster to installation, I never had to repeat myself nor ask the same questions until I got an answer. The left hand knew what the right hand was doing all through the process and I never had to worry about them following through with what we discussed in the planning stage. They handled all the paper work with the insurance company once I filed the claim. I highly recommend Complete Exteriors to service your roofing, gutter, and siding needs!

Checked on leaking around chimney. Verbal estimate but said they would send a written quote. After several days I emailed the person that came out asking for the quote. I didn’t get a response so I got another roofer that sent a quote that day and is coming out this week. Advice; If you aren’t going to follow through, don’t come out. That just waste everyone’s time. Sorry to have to give this review, but you asked for the review.
This review was accurate; however, I had the opportunity to talk with another adjuster at Elite. He apologized for the lack of response. I understand that things happen and things can fall through the cracks sometimes. I got the impression in the conversation that the individuals with company really do care about customer service and quality. I feel my case was a rate occurrence and could happen with any company. I would be willing to try then again next time I need a roofer.

Initially I had to replace my roof due to age. It took considerable more work due to underlying damage from improper building techniques that could only be found during a re-roof. All new flashing, drip edge, Celect siding, synthetic underlayment and a great warranty were accomplished on time, on budget and above expectations.
Then came mother nature less than a year later. That hail storm destroyed my new roof. Elite roofing, Josh and his full team, came and inspected and worked with me and my insurance company to once again replace my roof. Again, a fantastic job was done and this time I had new gutters installed with leaf guard protection.

Although not the cheapest company, their professionalism, safety standards, respect and customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend Elite Roofing as you will get a guaranteed product, honest service and a trustworthy company.

I really enjoyed working with Chase Rhodes he was a great listener and address my concerns with replacing my gutter, repaired a few areas of fascia which wasn’t an easy job, his crew brought in a lift and got the job done. I had gotten a few quotes but none of companies could do all the work at the same time. Many companies claim to warranty their work but few follow through and with the rising cost of homeownership trust in a company workmanship is the first line of defense. I plan on staying in touch with Elite for any future repairs I may need. Thanks

They did a very nice job for me. The crew was very hard working and very well organized. The stripping of the old ref was done in zones due to a threatening rain. Every thing was kept picked up and vegetation was protected. There was a lady supervisor who was a task master and there was a company rep who constantly inspected the work as it was being done. He was also available to answer any questions that would come up. Bottom line, we feel we got a very good roof job!

When our home insurance didn’t come through for us, Complete Exteriors and its employees worked with us to replace our roof and took great care in getting the job done right, on time and within budget. The personalized service provided by honest professionals made a huge project seamless for my husband and me. Chase has made this experience go very well. He explained everything so I would understand what each section was about. I may not word this very good. But I would let everyone know to work with Chase, very informative and thorough with explaining what each step contains. Absolutely exceeded my expectations! We have an old shed that had some roof damage from a tree and decided to replace the roof with metal. The quality of workmanship on this probably very small job for them was completely impressive! I would definitely trust them for a larger job! Very fast and communicative also!
