The company did an excellent job restoring my home after my gas logs malfunctioned, causing soot damage throughout the house. I could not have asked for a better experience during the restoration process. Everyone who worked there was professional, courteous, and very helpful.

My only disappointment was with the warranty service. I had a one-year warranty, and before it expired, I called several times and left messages, but never received a return call. I was very disappointed with the lack of response regarding the warranty issue.

Overall, the restoration work was outstanding; however, the follow-up customer service for warranty support could be improved. I would have given them a 5-star rating, but the warranty response fell short.

December 9, 2021 my apartment was flooded. The apartment complex called this company. They were absolutely great! Very thorough, professional and friendly. They kept me informed thru the entire process and also completely cleaned up after themselves.

Gurarantee Restoration left my home in a huge mess. They did not cover my furniture or belongings which left dust from sheetrock & concrete on all of my things including my clothes in the closets. They were supposed to cover doorways & furniture with visqueen. The two pieces of furniture that they were partially covered had the thinnest plastic available used on them. A huge contractor's bag FULL of sheetrock & concrete was left on my king size bed along with a heavy nightstand full of stuff. My a/c vents were cut out of the wall with nothing temporary put in to filter the air or heat for the last 10 months causing my asthma to flare up which has made my breathing difficult and the buildup of debris clogged up the vents in my refrigerator which eventually died. All of my furniture was left filthy from the mitigation, and I had to move everything around so that I could have a place to sit in my own house. The demo was not completed in either bathroom & concrete flooring has to be leveled in both bathrooms which was charged by Guarantee Restoration & will also be charged by the contractor. No contractor has wanted to touch my house due to damage & mess left. Also, G.R. charged $8400 to rush through an abatement so that their two new people could attend a training on that Friday! So, that means they didn't know what they were doing?

Soooo, I just received my first interaction with guaranty restoration services and WOW! I cannot speak for how this process will end but I can certainly say it has started beautifully! If you had to have any type of home services done including water damage. You know what a pain and headache it can be! I can truly say in the midst of what it has been a very difficult process Guarantee Restoration services has by far made this process so much better for me! They are not only professional but kind and reassuring as well! Mary Beth, Megan and Scottie made me feel more like I was working with family than a contractor. Reassuring and explaining the process each step of the way!
