The worst company I ever worked with in my life

I had an awesome experience. They were so nice and patient with us during a hard time. We had a leak in the bathroom that spread to the back room, and it went on for hours. They were so professional and worked hard until the issue was resolved. They answered any questions we had and cleaned up the bathroom after. I highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

No respect for restaurant employees having to come behind them to clean the floors. Being a person who once worked in the food industry I would have to come behind these rude people and scrub the dirt off the floor. I would be shocked if these guys walk into their homes like this.

Lennox PartsPlus only sells to licensed contractors, apparently. I asked why, and self-identified manager didn’t know why. Long story short, if you’re a muggle, don’t waste your time. Shop elsewhere.

According to the employee I spoke with they don’t sell to individuals, only contractors with an account at the store. So even though I knew exactly what I needed and wanted, and could pay, they would not sell it to me…I had to hire a contractor to buy a part. Just silly if you ask me

The community is at a great disadvantage when it comes to any HVAC services. Basically the store will not sell to residential and will not even give you a price of what they are selling their products. Only commercial companies like Dent, Comfort Tech, Etc.. are aloud to get prices. So us the consumer hires a contractor to replace for example an evaporator coil. The contractor can tell us it's 700 dollars but it could only cost 400 dollars but we will never know because these companies make deals only with the commercial companies. Why as a customer I can't have the price so I can know that my contractor is not ripping us off?

I’m a new customer and I met this gentleman named Jeremy and Damere. Theses gentlemen welcomed me with open arms and helped me out with all my problems since I’m a new tech.

I was here on 08/31 at 0940 for apu repair they pulled me right away fixed it and I was out in 1hr 20 min later. Friendly staff. Thank you guys

Fast Friendly Service My APU Was Leaking Coolant Brought It Here Tech Jordan Quickly Found Out What The Problem Was And Had Me Back On The Road In Under An Hour

Apu guy was awesome, he saw me even though they were tight on time and got me right out of there👍!

Employees are lazy and rude I don't recommend stopping at this location if you value your time and want to be treated with any respect.

Nice place the Guys did great in finding my Freon Leak had Pork in the trailer got it fixed fast enough nothing got too warm
