Great people who are very knowledgeable in the repairs of A.P.U. had small wait as it was lunch break when I arrived but afterwards I was fixed within 45 minutes!!

AWSOME A1 service they came right out in the middle of the night put belts on my Thermo King at a very reasonable price I'm very happy with the work and the man that worked on my unit had 40 years experience and was just a great guy thank you Thermo King you got me back on the road and saved my load

Talk to these people told me to come on in when I arrived I was told we're not working on any more try packs for the day. Wasted my time stopping here when I asked why They wasn't going to work on it the employee said you have to talk to the service Manager he's at lunch be back in an hour.
So if you plan on getting something fixed don't stop here these people are very unprofessional

Garon helped us. Place was nice and easy for truckers. Even had a spot for us inside to sit. If your reefer is down definitely a great place to get help.

Top notch shop. Friendly faces for a friendly place. Everyone at this shop is above par in knowledge and experience. Palmer, apu tech. Is beyond reproach. Prices are honest and fair. I will keep returning to this shop!!

Great service called 2 hours before and they worked me right in the change fuel pump on my apu will come back when I need any work done great shop employees

Soon as I arrived kim the mechanic put me in a door and replaced alternator quick within an hour and I was on my way.great job great service give them guys a raise

FRUSTRATED!! That’s how I’ve felt the past two days. My APU went out in the middle of the night in south Louisiana and I had no air conditioning while I tried to sleep in a puddle of sweat. Thankfully I took my unit into thermo king here in Jackson Mississippi and had Palmer take care of me. I had an electrical issue and anyone who has ever worked mechanically on anything knows that electrical issues are the hardest problem to pinpoint and solve. I’m thankful for Palmer’s 30 years of experience at thermo king in which he was able to trace my problem down and get it solved. He was a knowledgeable mechanic with a professional and respectful attitude. I can’t say how much I really appreciate him.

Great place to get work done to your cooling system. These guys are experienced, every question I asked got answered without an attitude. I would give them my business in the future

This Thermo King location maybe small but they get the job done. I like how their tech named Jordan conducted himself professionally, explained the procedure and even went out of his way to fix my apu cover which has a slight damage.

I cant speak for the whole shop, but Jackson (the tech) did me right. Had a after hour issue that the TK in Birmingham couldn't fix so I decided to try another shop. Im glad that I stoped here. Got my issue fixed and the price was more than fair. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the work that was done. Its hard finding good mechanics and techs out here on the road, so when I find one as good as him I have to let it be know. Thanks again!

Jared knows his stuff and provides great customer service! My husband bought a new APU which was installed in NC. Nothing but leaks... coolant and diesel. He stopped at this location and Jared got him in and out quickly and no more leaks! Thanks Jared!

Fed Ex CC team- We stopped in for a low coolant alarm on our reefer unit and the staff had Preston jump on it right away! Preston quickly was able to assess that we had a slice in a coolant hose and promptly made the repair and got us back on the road! The whole team was friendly and professional.
Preston is a trusting professional in his field and made our day with his A + customer service attitude!

Best thermoking I've been to in my 46 years in the trucking industry. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very service oriented. My compressor locked up with a frozen load on and in 2 hours he had a new compressor on and running cooling my load back down. Again what a skilled mechanic. Wow .

I'd give them no stars if I could. They tried to charge me $1200 to fix a recalled mount that had twisted and put my alternator out of line. They told me that my unit was too old for them to replace the mount even if it was a recall and I should buy a new one. I took it to my mechanic who replaced the mount and put some shims in it and now it works fine for much much less than that. Rip offs!
