Great experience! I highly recommend. Contractors showed up early (!); walked through the project to make sure they understood my needs; explained their process; and took care of business. They cleaned up after themselves and exceeded expectations. Shoutout to Collin and Joel, great work!

I've booked two jobs with Ace Handyman Services now, and I had the pleasure of working with Ben both times.

During the first job, Ben gave me some advice about how to book to make the most of his time and my budget. I followed his advice, and we had a blockbuster afternoon of handling a ton of tiny things that our builder left unfinished!

Thus far, I've seen Ben:
- repair an oddly-shaped bench.
- move a really heavy piece of furniture upstairs.
- install drop poles on a light fixture.
- install curtain rods.
- install doorstops.
- figure out why my dryer thought the vent was clogged and fix the problem.
- move towel hooks.
- patch holes in walls.
- measure windows and give me advice about buying blinds.
- check a weird spot on the ceiling.

Ben is a really versatile handyman, and he's clear about what is and isn't in his skill set. Booking could not be easier. He was also prompt and professional on the job.

Ben did a great job installing a doggie door through the outer (brick) wall of my house. He talked me through what he was doing and did a meticulous job measuring and cutting. And he left everything super clean afterwards! Appreciated his help with some thing that would’ve been impossible for me to do alone!

Ben fixed a burnt out electrical outlet and replaced an old AC cord that the outlet burnt out. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done. Once again called on Ace Handy Man for work on my metal and wood fence plus some dry wall work. Allen King did an awesome job on the dry wall. Kimbrell Love did the gate and fence work. All jobs were done within a day and was affordable thanks again. Highly recommend since I have used them many times in the last year.

Just tried the new Ace Hardware home repair service and could not be happier. Made our appointment and received a message the service technician Joel Wild was on his way. They included a picture of Joel and the details of the repair. Joel arrived on time was extremely pleasant and very professional. As my wife was alone with me at work it made her feel very comfortable meeting a stranger and knew who he was and what he looked like. Joel assessed or repair needs, went to the local Ace Hardware store and immediately made repairs. Joel made sure all was 100% correct and that he cleaned up behind himself. I rate the service as 10 stars and Joel was every bit a 10 plus. Will most definitely be using the service again for home repairs.

Wade Upton did a great paint job. He was on-time and sent me the before after pictures and was very professional.

Chandler was so nice and professional. He replaced a window, replaced bulbs in my outside flood lights, and took the blades and light cover off an outside fan. The cover had bird nests in it so he cleaned and washed it before replacing. This company provides a huge service for retired, older individuals like myself who should not and do not need to climb ladders all at reasonable prices for the work that was done. JR arrived on time and was extremely professional. He replaced an exhaust fan in our bathroom and replaced some bulbs in our high ceiling flood lights. Would highly recommend if you want a reliable and dependable service.

Josh was on time and thorough in his task of looking at all tasks, measuring and I assume giving the head office his findings. His jib does not include pricing or giving estimates of time needed, but he did the job he was assigned. I would have him assess my tasks again.

Hard working, conscientious and knowledgeable of the repair work and mold prevention we needed in the bathroom. We love the light fixture she changed for us. Crystal wanted to be sure we were satisfied with her work. We definitely are. She cleaned up the work site and left the bathroom in perfect condition.
