The mosquitoes in our backyard have really kicked it up a notch this summer, so we needed professional intervention. They came out the day after we called and follow upped a week later. Jeremy, our recent technician, did a thorough job spraying everywhere, including under our deck. Overall a great experience.

Technician Joe Mack came to treat our property yesterday but other workmen were present, so for safety reasons he chose to come back today. Mosquito Joe treatments do work exceptionally well, and with on-time, professional service, attention to detail and good communications every time … I’m a fan!

After seeing many signs in neighbor's yards for Mosquito Joe, I finally called and I am so glad I did! The service performed by Hunter was thorough and has worked very well since my first treatment. He even allowed me to walk around and "bug" him with questions as he put out larvacide! If there is really a Mosquito Joe, I think Hunter would have to be him! Great service I plan on continuing. Highly recommend.

I’m happy with Mosquito Joe! I’ve been with them several years. I skipped one year and I went back. I couldn’t sit outside without being bit several times. Mosquito definitely makes a difference. My guy Cedrick always lets me know when he’s coming and when he leaves!! No mosquitoes 🦟 for me!!

Big Joe was my service technician today and he was very professional and texted me a heads up before arrival - which is always appreciated. I’ve been a happy customer for three years now. Love that I can enjoy being outdoors without being eaten by mosquitoes. Also, I was very concerned about pollinators not being harmed by spraying for mosquitoes and I’m pleased to report that I have a very healthy ecosystem in my yard - lots of bees, butterflies, and happy little toads hopping around.

I live in Chicago and I visit my family in Madison County every summer. Every summer when I return home, I'm anemic because the mosquitoes pounce on me.

I get my house sprayed at home, and thought, why don't I do it when I visit? A quick Google search led me to Mosquito Joe. I spoke to a woman who explained and helped me book the "Event" spray option.

A week before the scheduled date I had a couple of questions. I called and spoke to another woman, who was both knowledgeable and kind.

On the day of the spraying, the technician Zach, sent me a text letting me know that he was 20 minutes away. I let him know that I was in Chicago and that I would alert my aunt and uncle of his arrival. They live in separate homes, but on the same plot of land. They each had questions and they both said that Zach answered them and put their minds at ease.

We had our family gathering from 3pm - 9pm and I survived! Not one Mosquito bite!
My family members also reported being bite free.

When we talked about my having the yard sprayed, my aunt (uncle's wife) said how she was enjoying her newly installed deck. Something she couldn't do 8 days ago.

We have used Mosquito Joe for the past couple of years. Very happy with their service!! Martez sprayed our yard today and did a very thorough job. As I left for work, he greeted me with a big smile and wished me a good day at work! So grateful to have a reliable company with friendly staff to work with!!

I've experimented with using Mosquito Joe off and on over the past few years and I can say their treatment provides better results than alternate methods I have tried. We will get on the ball next season and get them properly started in March. Their staff is friendly, has good communication and are professional. A+

Great service! Jacobi does a great job, always lets me know when he is on the way and finished up!

We’ve depended on Mosquito Joe for 2 years and can confidently say we’ve had no mosquitoes in that time! We also appreciate the care they take when at our home. The techs that have been at our home are always respectful. Jeremy was our most recent tech and he was terrific!

Do not use this company, they do not respect their customers' property. I sent photos of the damage their tech did to our plants and trellis, he also sprayed their oily product heavily on our glass doors. They refused to acknowledge the damage or reimburse me for any amount. I had previously asked them to not send that same tech as he had trampled through our flower beds on a previous service visit and didn't spray consistently. They are difficult to deal with and just don't care!

Jeremy was great! He came to our home on a Saturday to rid us of mosquitoes. All the technicians who have helped us have been knowledgeable and kind. We’ve now used Mosquito Joe for 2 years and been very pleased with their service—we can enjoy being outside without being driven inside by mosquitoes! We will continue to use them in the future.

Great company with even better customer service. Jacobi showed up when he said he would and went to the front door to let us know he was there before even starting service. We are so pleased with y’all’s service, but today was REALLY amazing!!! My husband was getting some yard items out of our storage area and was surprised to be greeted by several wasps (which he is highly allergic to)— thank goodness our thoughtful Mosquito Joe, Cobie, noticed what was going on and came to the rescue!!! We are sooo grateful Cobie paid attention to what was happening, or the outcome could have been a totally different scenario!!! Mosquito Joe to the rescue!!! We called just days before having a special event. The mosquitoes were so bad, we couldn’t step outside. Mosquito Joe came and did two treatments and voilà! no mosquitoes! They were lovely to work with, explaining their services, life cycles of mosquitoes, and how to best schedule out treatments to keep the population down. So appreciative!

I have been using Joe solely out the kindness of my heart because my neighbors use the service. However, apparently personnel has changed because their once quality customer service has dropped. I finally asked to discontinue my service and their response was simply, 'ok'. As if my business was never wanted in the first place. But in short, these were my issues...the treatment services were not consistent. One technician might come and spray, throw out pellets, turn over the dog bowl, ask about problem areas and ultimately do an outstanding job making sure that every square inch of our yard was treated. The next technician would come and be in and out in 2 minutes with the only evidence that they were they was the bill and the door hanger. I had one technician spray 2 minutes before a thunderstorm and this is after I asked if he needed to just reschedule. When we received poor service, the mosquitos had us for lunch, when we received great service we were good. But I can't always be at the house to make sure each technician is doing their job. I shouldn't have to. But every time I come home to a door hanger and I wasn't there to witness it, I already know what to expect. Let's do better Joe. Integrity is what you do when nobody's looking.
