I was told my compressor was going bad. Called Randy for a 2nd opinion. He ran a full diagnostic and nothing was wrong with compressor! He pointed out a couple of minor issues and explained thoroughly. Also cleaned the unit. The price was very reasonable. From now on he's my guy!

Friendly, great service, confident. Highly recommend. After our air conditioner broke, he replaced it. However, the A-coil was leaking so he came back out to look and fix it again for no extra charge. Then he came out the third time and replaced it, with a smile on his face still despite dealing with our craziness. We really appreciated their great customer service and not just abandoning us on repairs. Thank you!

Randy came out quickly and fixed our AC at a reasonable price. I will definitely call him again if I need HVAC repairs. Great company name too!

A few weeks ago woke up very early on a Saturday to find my ac unit not working. Reached out via text to Randy and he responded within 30 minutes. He was able to come out at 9am and ac unit back up and running within 30 minutes. Thankfully it was a simple fix. Randy is hardworking, honest, fair and takes pride in his work. I will continue to use him.

I would highly recommend Global Warming and Cooling. Our air conditioner had stopped working, the thermostat in our house reached 92 and it was miserable. I called a few places, no luck. I called Randy at Global Warming and Cooling and he was able to arrive promptly and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. I have three kids and they thought they were dying and unhappy kids and heat make things a bit more stressful Global Warming and Cooling made this a lot less stressful for our family by proving great customer service. I called Randy because my normal service guy wasn’t going to come out for 4 days. My A/c wasn’t working, I have dogs and couldn’t wait. Randy came out the same day, was honest, wouldn’t take a dime for doing the estimate and was extremely professional. I was extremely impressed and will not hesitate to call him for any future needs.

We had two furnaces go out the night of 1-1-18 (0 degree temps). We called Global Warming and Cooling the next morning and Randy quickly returned our phone call and was able to come that day within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and able to fix both of our problems at a very reasonable rate...thank you Randy!!

Randy exceeded our expectations, very professional and super nice guy. He is very easy to talk to and and actualy works with his customers. I had a problem on the return on the furnace and he was able to give me information and suggestions about the problem before he ever even came out to see. He took the time to hear me out and understand what the problem was and what his suggestions were, other people won't even bother until you pay them a service fee. He was so quick at getting back at us and kept in touch. We are very pleased with the service and will always call him for future help. Thanks for the excellent work!

Highly recommend. The outdoor AC unit went out at our home in the middle of the night. I called Randy the next morning, he called me back within 30 minutes and was at the house with a diagnosis same day. He was then at our house the next morning to replace the unit. Hassle-free experience from start to finish. Randy’s very knowledgeable and direct about the problem and possible solutions while being friendly and easy to work with.

Randy was awesome, He came out and diagnosed the issue with my furnace and was able to locate a gasket leak. He was able to get the part and have it installed super quick. Other companies came out and wanted to replace my entire HVAC system, Randy saved me thousands of dollars by taking time to investigate the root cause of the issue since the furnace is not that old. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and why it need to be fixed. Also pointed out additional things that have helped my furnace run more efficient. It's nice to know there are still companies out there who are not looking to take advantage of customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having HVAC issues.

Very professional and personable father and son team installed our new AC unit and coil quickly and quietly as I work from home.

They gave us a great quote and were able to schedule an installation within days of accepting the quote and during the early and busy days of summer.

Overall, it was an excellent experience and won't hesitate to call them again for HVAC work.

I had Global Warming and Cooling repair my A/C unit at my old house when it wouldn't cool. He was clean cut and showed up on time. He fixed my A/C quickly and for a great price. Well, when I bought my new house, I wanted a humidifier and an air purifier installed and I did not hesitate to call Randy again. He showed up on time, installed the items and cleaned up afterwards! I would recommend Global Warming and Cooling to anyone who wants a fair price and great service. I'm a satisfied customer!!!

Randy is a true professional. I have continually used and recommended him to others for years now. Here is what sets him apart from other contractors I have used: 1. I recently had an issue with my AC over the weekend. Called Randy late Saturday afternoon - he came out Sunday afternoon and took care of the problem. And did not charge me!!! Randy is professional, knowledgeable, honest and just a great guy. Highly recommend his company.

Randy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He was quick and capable with our A/C repair, and even recommended we check our warranties to see if we could get the work done cheaper by the original installers. Excellent Service.

Randy is truly a professional when it comes to quick response, quality and affordable equipment and service, and quickly diagnosing problems with AC and Heating. We used a friend who was not an “authorized” York/Guardian Dealer and not only did he not register our system for the warranty as he said he would, it ended up costing us another $3000 on a 2 and a half year old AC unit.
Randy was referred by York, came out the next day, diagnosed our problem,
conversed with York to effectuate the warranty, and was back the next day to remedy the problem.
Now, this is PROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST!

Absolutely amazing company! I called today to have some Freon added to our system and some insulation repaired and Randy was at our home in an hour to do the job. He was professional, kind, thorough, and more than helpful. On top of all that, his prices were extremely reasonable. He went above and beyond by offering to hose down our AC unit outside since it was dirty and that could have also been affecting its efficiency. When I couldn’t figure out how to get our water shut off valve to the outside hose turned on and told him not to worry about it and that we could do it ourselves later, he chose to instead come inside to help me find it, turn it on, and get the system cleaned out properly while he was there. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and the way that he explained everything to me as he did it (I tend to have a lot of questions, ha!) If we weren’t moving out of state, Randy and Global Warming and Cooling LLC would be my new go to company anytime we had a problem. I’m so glad we got to use them once before we leave so that I can recommend this company to our friends and family! Thanks, Randy!

We reached out to Randy for an estimate on replacing a condenser unit, he was responsive, communicated effectively, was extremely professional and right on time! Upon arrival he noticed a problem with our second unit within seconds, fixed it no problem and then got right to work on the problem unit. He laid out multiple options and helped us pick the best option for our family. I highly recommend Global Warming and Cooling next time you need HVAC repairs/replacement or preventative maintenance, I won't waste my time with anybody else from now on!

Randy came out and looked over my equipment. I had called him for a quote for replacement and instead of just trying to push new equipment on me, he took the extra time to try to diagnose my current equipment and make sure that an easy fix wouldn't get me running again buying me time to save for new equipment. Unfortunately, the easy fix wasn't to be but Randy went above and beyond and took the time to educate me on how my system worked and the potential causes of the symptoms we were observing. His quote for replacement was about half the price of a major competitor (the company who first told me my units needed to be replaced and might have broken one of them while servicing it). I think if you need work done and you are in their service area, Global Warming and Cooling should be your first call!

Two weeks ago (during the 96 degree temps) my AC refused to cool! I contacted Randy at Global Warming and Cooling. Within an hour, he was at my home and ran a series of diagnostics on my system. It was so low on coolant, it couldn't cool my house.
I had coolant added a year ago, so now knew there had to be a leak. The system was about 19 years old.

Randy offered several options, including repairing/re-charging the current system - and provided information on 3 various replacement HVAC systems, at 3 price points.

I made a selection on a high efficiency unit and signed for replacement. Within just a few days they had my system completely replaced, up and running. During the entire process from his first visit through the installation of the new system, Randy was in contact with a lot of information regarding a new humidifier on the furnace, and replacing my current thermostat with one that is better suited for my home use.

I highly recommend Global Warming and Cooling LLC for any heating and cooling needs! Very professional, efficientf, and left everything around the install clean, orderly and in perfect condition.

I'm renovating a house and needed a new furnace, a/c unit, and hot water heater. I got a couple of other estimates, but my general contractor highly recommended Global. Randy came out, examined the situation, and gave me a very competitive quote with multiple options. I decided to go with Randy, and very glad that I did. He is extremely nice, professional, and really cares about his work. He installed the new units, hauled away the old ones, and has been back a couple of times since to make adjustments. He's very accessible, honest, and always provides service with a smile. Could not recommend more highly.
