Worse customer service experience! Had them come out for a bid on windows. Their rep came out on Thursday, today is Wednesday and we still have not received the bed. Called this morning at 8:30, lady said they do not come in till 11am and that I could call back during business hours. I asked if I could leave a message and she said they usually do not check those! LOL! Home Depot you lost my business!

Becky could not be more helpful. I have limited ability of fixing appliances but with her help, I keep trying and it keeps working. I have received the best information from her on at least 5 occasions on different appliances (washer, refrig., dryer) Her help is fantastic and the price of parts are also exceptional. On a scale of 1 to 10--she gets a 10+.

I called them to ask about my microwave , the man I spoke with was so friendly , he literally took Time out of his day to explain to me the situation at hand . Never once rushed me and even guided me to the parts supplier near us. What a great business when the people are so informative and are doing it just to be kind . Thank you again. they did a good job installing the electrical stuff for the above ground pool i was installing for a customer. Their price was very reasonable and Dan, the owner and all the employees are good guys.

Get an estimate. The markup for materials is outlandish. I asked for an itemized breakdown on parts, and was refused. For an hour and 15 minutes worth of work and around $250 (if that) of materials, I was invoiced for $730.
