Poor customer service won't return calls

Great Service, wonderful owners. These guys are the deal. Very highly recommended.

Glen has been fantastic with helping my clients repair wind & hail damage to their homes!

Great company. We have used them for our commercial roof and residential. They did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Have used 1st Choice and confidently referred them to family and friends. They are always very responsive, friendly, and fair in their work. I will continue to use this solid family owned business.

Quality establishment.

Jason and his crew did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of roof repair or replacement.

I had the company do gutter screens on my 2nd level. They completed the work on time and followed up to make sure I was happy. Caleb and his team did a great job.

Jason and his crew did a great job working with us on a commercial roof. Prompt, professional and great pricing!

Great job and fast installation. Crew was easy to talk to.

Jason at 1st Choice is great to deal with. He really knows his business and helps get his customers the best service possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

1st Choice did a great job on our commercial building. They replaced the roof on a 40,000sf office/warehouse in St. Louis county. The completed the job quickly and communicated well with the tenants to avoid any disruption to their business. We will use them again on other commercial properties.

Our dumpster enclosure was destroyed in a wind storm. 1st Choice Construction built us a new one, following all of the difficult code requirements in our municipality, at a very reasonable cost. It is the nicest looking dumpster enclosure I have ever seen! And they did it promptly and left a clean construction site. THANKS!

Jason and his team replaced my TPO (flat) roof, gutters and helped co ordinate so many other repairs when a tree fell on my house. He kept in touch with my insurance company, the adjuster, and the other repairmen. Don't know how I would have gotten through the experience with out him.

I recently discovered a portion of my roof popped off. It was a simple fix, but on the second floor of my house with nothing flat under it to put a ladder on so I decided to let a professional do it. I called them on Tuesday afternoon, they had someone out on Thursday to give me an estimate and potentially fix it. The did the fix right there, quickly, and for a price I was very happy with. Will be using them again if I ever need more work done.

Jason was great to work with. We were having difficulty finding material matching our current, and he went over and beyond to help us. He identified a leaking roof issue that nobody else could determine was the problem, and made sure that the things that had previously been done sloppily were done correct. His crew worked quickly to get the job done.
They subcontracted the painter - and we had multiple issues with the painter. The painting company was horrible. Jason ended up having to talk to the painter to try to rectify all the issues that they (the painters) screwed up.
This construction company, and Jason, exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.

I was referred to 1st Choice by my realtor. I used 1st Choice to do an inspection on a roof for a 4 unit property I was under contract on in South STL. These guys were great. Great communication, on time, and even delivered the very detailed itemized estimate faster than anticipated. I had a great experience with them, although we did not move forward on the property due to other issues.
