Parkway Heating and Air came out and did our spring HVAC maintenance and did a great job. They cleaned our outdoor AC unit, removed all the leaves and debris that had built up over the winter, and made sure everything was ready for summer. They were professional, easy to work with, and explained everything they were doing. I definitely recommend Parkway Heating and Air if you need HVAC service or maintenance.

Vince came by to clean and check my AC system. He was very thorough, looking at everything from the coils inside my house to the condenser fins outside. He washed the outside condenser fins (spraying water from inside the unit, to the outside), cleaned the leaves from inside and washed the accumulated dust beneath the unit. He then checked the pressure, and in the process spotted a leaking Schrader valve. FIVE BIG STARS, FOR SURE.
