We had a huge out door leak. Anthony was recommended from a friend. Our initial visit, the city would not come out at 4:00pm to turn the water off; Anthony stood up for us and before I knew it we had 3 city works at the house in a short time💪🏻. Anthony is very kind and respectful. He let me know how everything was gonna work and with in minutes gave me a very accurate estimate at the cost. He’s polite and kept me posted when he would be at the house for the initial visit and the day of repair with several calls and text. He even called dig rite for me. I can’t say enough about his service and him as a person. Did I like the cost? Of course not, was it priced fair? It most certainly was! Maybe even cheaper than others, but I knew once I met him he was my guy, he truly cared. Would I call him again? As long as he’s got his business he will be my only call. Thank you!!! People like me appreciate people like you Anthony!

Anthony was very fast and easy to work with. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was out the following Monday. He Just needed the basic information and a few pictures to give an accurate quote. The price was very reasonable and well worth the work especially paired with a 1 year warranty. I'd highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Anthony responded on the weekend very quickly and took care of a blocked sewer main right away. He communicated well, arrived when he said he would and even provided a quote for additional work we are considering in a few minutes. This is the second time he has worked on our house and he will continue to be our go to person for plumbing needs.

If you need a plumber absolutely call Anthony!!!! Best plumber out there!! I called Anthony because my water bill was out of this world. I was thinking that maybe i had a leak. He came out the very next day. He went above and beyond checked everything and explained everything to me thoroughly! He even called and talked with the company to try and figure things out. I've never met a plumber that was willing to do more then his job description. I would highly recommend him and his work is unmatched!

Came out to fix clogged plumbing pipes and did even get the job do its like he pumped it out and charged me and my girlfriend $300 and then mentioned that there might be a second wash out witch he was told that but he didn't even try to work through that one and the city of ava says that its not there properly I wouldn't refer this company to do plumbing.

I have used whiddon 3 times. Each time they were reasonably priced and arrived on or before their scheduled time. Always called letting me know that they were on the way.

We had a problem getting water to our sinks and washing machine. James came out the day after we called and he took care of everything in just a few hours! He was very knowledgeable and informative. We will definitely be calling Whiddon's for future plumbing and electrical needs!

Perry was so helpful in getting what we needed. Giving us what we needed and not charging us an arm and a leg; there were cheaper bids but with this company no warranty is voided for doing work on my previous equipment. We highly reccommend this company.

We dealt with Luke. We just bought a house that has a propane furnace with obvious after-market modifications, and we wanted the Franken-furnace inspected by a specialist before the cold weather hits, just to be sure it's safe and trustworthy. Luke didn't try to upsell or scare us into a replacement or anything shady like that. He thoroughly checked it out, and said the furnace was safe and would pass inspection. He was professional, honest, and he took the time to show us around our furnace so that we understand what we're dealing with. He even gave us some tips on where to find replacement parts when we need and how to do some maintenance ourselves. I really appreciated that.

It would be hard to imagine ever using this company. I've heard all sorts of feedback like, 'They are good but they sure know how to charge' and 'it takes them a while but they do pretty good.'

I called in the first week of November to discuss either purchasing or installing a propane furnace in my house. During that conversation it was said explicitly that I have NO furnace for the Winter and I have kids in my house. I waited until the week of Thanksgiving before I called them back again to see if they were available. I was told that they could come out and do a feasibility inspection on a furnace I purchased, if not that week then the next but it would be the middle of December before it could be installed since they had to prioritize the folks who had purchased their furnace from them. Hmm. Maybe.

After getting no site visit or scheduling call, I called back in the middle of December, hard frost below 30°, to see if I had made it to the schedule or... What? I was told, 'Oh no, we were just going to see if your unit would work. It will be at least the end of January before we could get over there. You mentioned you were going to call someone else.'

Save yourself the time don't bother. Absolute joke of a business and way over priced. You're better off hiring a day laborer and doing it yourself, let alone anyone of the several other HVAC folks local.
