This is our second experience with Wildwood heating and cooling. And I only have good things to say. My wife was at home with the children at the time of repair. The young man who did the repair was very respectful to my wife, even to the point of asking if it was OK to come into the house even after he’d been inside doing diagnostics. He made sure to knock before entering each time which made my wife feel very comfortable and respected. In addition to the repair requested I also decided to add on the installation of a Bluetooth thermostat and upon asking for information they were not pushy at all and simply gave me the quote and told me that they could do it that day. In a service and repair world generally dominated by men it is very nice to see the respect that is due to a woman in her own home.

My furnace blower motor went out on Sunday over Labor Day weekend and Wildwood Heating and Cooling helped me get up and running same day. The technician I worked with really went out of his way to make sure this issue didn't affect the scheduling of my family's first big vacation a few days later. I can't speak more highly of their assistance. They're my first call for any HVAC issues.

Scott came out on a Saturday afternoon, diagnosed our unit had run its life. He agreed to install a new unit within 24 hours AND on Father's Day. EXCELLENT workmanship

I called at 7:30am. Serviceman was out to my house by 10am and a major part of my air conditioner was broken. They were able to get the part and get it programmed for my system by noon. Now that is service! Scott = Small Business = First Class Job!!
