Rusty and his crew replaced our siding, front fascia and 4 columns in June 2023 and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had invited at least a dozen contractors to bid on the job but elected to go with Rusty due to his overall expertise/experience, available options, and simply the comfort level I had with him. As a small business owner myself, I appreciated his involvement and the commitment he demonstrated throughout to make sure we were satisfied. We had some odd angles to deal with on the home but he figured out a solution for all of them. His crew was reliable and showed up exactly when they said they would.

Rusty tends to work on one project at a time so didn't have alot of competing interests when he was working on our home. We were the focus, which is how it should be. I highly recommend Exterior Siding Solutions. Most of my neighbors have already commented on how nice it all turned out.

Exceptional job by Exterior Siding Solutions; James (Rusty) Gregory represents his company with the highest integrity and commitment to customer service and quality. We built a custom home in Kirkwood 2 years ago, the siding installation by the builder was so bad we decided to replace it all, this experience made us extremely thorough selecting a company to rework the exterior of our home. We could not be happier with the work done by Exterior Siding Solutions, Rusty and his crew installed beautiful (insulated) vinyl siding, replaced all the gutters / downspouts, and did an artful job reworking the roofline gables and soffits. Rusty's focus on customer service was evident from the start, he made the material selection process easy, we chose CraneBoard Solid Core Insulated Siding, the quality and value of this product is outstanding. We understand all too well that the success of project like this is determined by the installation, the siding crew was highly experienced, and hardworking, Rusty was at the job site everyday to oversee all aspects of the installation and make sure we were completely satisfied. Would not recommend this place at all. We called Exterior Siding Solutions because of their rating and spoke to Rusty who stated he was the owner. Due to the holiday we tried to make an appointment for Tuesday evening because we had an am appointment with another siding company but it was inconvenient for him because he didn't want to drive in traffic during the evening from my place in Arnold back to Ballwin. So we moved some things around in our sched to make Wednesday at 10am work for him. We didn't get a confirmation call the day prior like we did with the other company. My wife took time off of her government job as I did my job which are considered essential. Just to get a call 2 minutes before 10am today from Rusty stating he wasn't coming because it was just too far. Then he threw in another excuse because it rained. He tried to refer me to someone in Fenton which I already sched an appointment with later in the week for a quote. I don't know how this company has a high rating when the owner himself is afraid of traveling for business. What a poor excuse of a company owner.

There is no way I could be any happier with the entire process! Rusty was caring, helpful, and steered us in the best directions. He was on time, took his time explaining the products and process with us, and offered suggestions. At no point did we ever feel pressure. The entire crew was incredible, professional, and went the extra mile every step of the way. I am so glad we chose Exterior Siding, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A million "thank you's" for doing such an outstanding job!

Great value for siding and windows. After enduring hours of high pressure sales pitches from other more expensive companies, it was a relief to get a clear, prompt bid directly from the company owner, Rusty. I chose Andersen 100 windows made of Fibrex, twice as strong as vinyl. His crew also replaced our aging siding and did excellent metal trim work around the windows. They worked quickly and carefully. I like how Rusty is transparent with his crew and me - tells them if something is not right. Great job.
