I read their company's reviews. Everyone mentioned "Eric's name" and was so complimentary about him. Well, now I understand why. You can add my name to that as well. He was very knowledgeable, articulate, thorough, and took pictures of my chimney caps. My problem was racoons in my attic. I thought they were going in through the chimney, but that was not the case. Eric went above and beyond, by inspecting a large vent on the back side of my house. That is their entry point. He ended going back to his vehicle and gave me a business card of the company that deals with "Critters". That company can get into my attic and fix the area they tore up and cover it over. Job well done, Eric. If you need work done, don't waste your time on those other companies, just call Chimney Magic and set up an appointment. You'll be glad you did.
