HomeServe sent KJett out for a second opinion. Each visit from David who inspected the problem, Alex who confirmed the repair & walked me through the options and finally Kyle who completed the work felt as I was respected enough to be listened to & supported while offering suggestions for my plumbing fiasco caused by another plumbing company. I definitely recommend K Jett to others for their professionalism, expertise, efficiency, and care for their customers!!! Thank you!!!

KJETT did a great job! I had clog and roots in the mainline right after a big snow storm. They worked with my schedule to get me on the books and up and running fast. The technician (William) was very polite and professional. He talked me through the whole process, and I feel like I have a better understanding of my system and some preventative measures to alleviate problems in the future.
Excellent experience. 10/10 will use KJETT again.

The home warranty company sent K Jett out to diagnose and fix a problem at my house. The technicians that came out (Dayton, Matt, and Kyle) were all absolutely fantastic. They were all very professional, couteous and very informative and fixed the issue that I've been dealing with for a while now (maintenance company just kept sending the same guy that couldn't get the issue fixed). Thanks for the great service!

We are rating a five, however, K Jett goes above and beyond excellence, therfore, would rate their services much higher. I am especially impressed with the initial call to set an appointment. Emily is very respectful and pleasant to talk with. Super important to have someone representing the company at the start. I was greeted by Kendrick and David with a professional manner when they arrived for service. I was equally impressed when they put covers over their shoes when entering our home. Moving on to the task at hand, my husband and I found the gentleman knowledgeable, gave clear explanations and offered solutions. Thank you Emily, David and Kendrick for making our experience with your company comfortable. We recommend you to friends and family when plumbing issues come up. We are super happy with David from K Jett! Another company had come out and scared us into thinking we had a complete break in our sewer line telling us that it'd be upwards of $25K in repairs, but we went through our pipe insurance, Homeserve, to get a second opinion and they sent over K Jett who came super quickly and let us know we did NOT have a break in the sewer line after all.

The equipment he used seemed better quality than the other company and he saved us a lot of stress and money and assured us that we didn't have anything to worry about. He went ahead and cleaned out pipes as they did have some roots in there but all in all we felt like we could trust K Jett compared to the other company and will be using them again in the future!

K Jett provided a great service and thanks to Dayton for fixing the plumbing issue.

K Jett hydro jetted our sewer line. They removed a blockage the previous plumbing outfit believed needed a street cut to fix.
Solved our problem for 29k less than the first lot.

I woke up one morning with minimal water pressure. I didn’t know my crawl space was flooding due to a leak in a pipe down there. I was working with another plumbing company who wouldn’t start on the repairs until things were dried out. After a week of drying out the crawl space those plumbers identified the issue and scheduled to fix the inside issues while my warranty would address the external pipes. Those plumbers never showed up. I was going on two weeks with no water and was very annoyed. Kjett services showed up and had everything repaired in one day. It was an all day outdoor repair on a very cold day. The entire day David and Wojo made sure to update me on what was going on and answered all my questions. When coming inside they did a phenomenal job of not getting anything dirty. Sounds simple but coming inside and outside all day from deep trenches to my very tiny crawl space isn’t easy to do while keeping my house mess free. After everything was fixed and my water was finally on David stayed behind to rake the yard and flatten everything out. It was a gesture that I appreciated so much. Kjett services came out because of my warranty but any plumbing needs I have I’ll be calling them again regardless of a warranty or not.

Hey I have been in the industry for many years and I have to say Wojo and Sebastian know what they are doing! When someone makes the job look as easy as they did. I knew I did not have to worry about the quality of work . Both men were friendly and knowledgeable about the water supply line replacement. Thank you, KJ for a quality repair job and thank you for answering all my many questions. Your patience never ran thin with me and I respect that.

This is the second time coming out and both times they cleared my main drain when other plumbers couldn't!! They work and work until they get it fixed and so professional! I had Kyle the first time and this time Will and both of them were great!!! I can not recommend them enough!!!! Promise they will be honest and get you fixed!!

They worked on my house on Flora Street and they did a phenomenal job. They scheduled Fast, they completed fast, and we paid them fast. I would highly recommend them.

Kyle with k jett is very professional and just amazing he told us what the problem was and how he was gonna fix it and just very polite and amazing .. we will definitely us k jett again .. please use k jett they are very professional in what they do and keep you informed on everything

Our technician Matt, was amazing. We had been having issues with the plumbing for the last 2 months, multiple companies out trying to snake the drains and frustration not being able to use water. Most companies that showed up were there for quite some time and ,we got nothing accomplished.
Matt was so efficient at fixing the problem and clearing out the issues, so now I can use my Plumbing again! I could not be more impressed, or more thankful for how kind all of the employees have been and what wonderful service they provided!

William was very professional and courteous. He helped me to feel at ease resolving problem. Clean up was well done too 👍

David Jara was our first tech. He was great and very knowledgeable
Our second tech was David Kirkland he also was great, I would say the best I have ever been around. Very knowledgeable.
