These guys helped me sooo much! I honestly thought the gross water damage in my home was just going to stay there forever and would never be fixed.. Either that, or I would have to pay some ridiculous price for them... :( LUCKILY, I came across KC water damage and thank goodness I did. I was visiting some friends who had just purchased their first home a several months back. Talk about a happy couple! They were ecstatic...at least for a little while.
When I was there, there was this weird smell. I asked them about it and they said that it had started a few weeks back. Well, living in the country one can get weird smells from time to time. By the 3rd day, the smell was getting worse. We decided to check it out and see what was going on. We followed the smell to the basement and found that there was sewage backing up in the toilet and started coming onto the floor. They were horrified!!!
They called the guys at KC Water Damage and they came out right away. And wow! Talk about being impressed. I was so impressed with these guys. They handled the 'mess' professionally, they were very courteous, and they delivered exactly as promised.

I called kcwater damage because i woke up at 2:45 am and my pipes were all busted up. I called at 2:50 and pat answered and him and mindy were at house in 30 min and everything was fixed and cleaned up perfect. They were very professional and was very nice.
