We were told on the phone that our dryer vent would be cleaned for $95. However, when they came to our house, they immediately told us that it was $95 just to get them in the door. Then, it was $10 more per foot of dryer vent. We ended up paying $250 instead of the $95 we had been told we would pay over the phone. But, we felt stuck because we already had to pay $95 just because they entered our house! When my husband questioned them on this, he was told that if he had asked about "additional fees" on the phone, they would have told him all about it. You shouldn't have to ask specifically about "additional fees" when someone tells you how much something will be! Dishonest. I would not recommend.
