If you have a whirlpool product under warranty or service pointer, and you are in Springfield area, don't go to the assigned provider, request this provider. Have a washer issue covered by a Whirlpool service pointer. Did not have a good luck with the originally assigned provider who did not know how to communicate professionally, how to track an order, and did not know where was my part after 3 weeks. Eventually I have to request to switch a provider and happen to work with Accurate. Within 2 weeks, I have my washer back. Huge thanks!

This company handled a warranty issue with my Whirlpool Washer. They were amazing. The time frame was exactly what they said it would be. They were very professional and timely in this fix.

They were sent to do a warranty repair to fix my dishwasher that was less than a year old. The issue was the heating element wasn't working. The repairman said that the issue was that there wasn't any Jet Dry in it and then left. The dishwasher heating element isn't working and it isn't drying the dishes. Now they're refusing to come for a second time after I had to make a second warranty claim. ***I put Jet Dry in the dishwasher after they came the first time and it didn't change the issue***
