They were professional, personable and a very fair price even though they had to drive 45 minutes to get to our home. Would definitely recommend them.

They showed up when they said they would did the job....BUT......they were only here for 30 minutes. Put on the ticket 90 minutes and charged me 262 for 30 minutes of spraying water down a line. I didn't have change and neither did he soooo.... It cost me 300 for 30 minutes of spraying water down a pipe. Very unhappy.

Good service with help on installing our Hardy furnace setup to our home and answered all questions. Wasn't overly priced for the work they had done.

It is my observation that tradesmen around here do not keep commitments. However, these guys followed through, fixed the AC and charged a reasonable fee. Very pleased with all aspects of this business. I’m a customer for life.

7/19/22 at 5pm my home A/C unit went down. Alex called after hours and he came out at 6 and diagnosed and fixed and left by 635. Amazing service on a 100 degree day

I had a mystery leak an Eric an Wyatt found the mystery leak in my kitchen sink Woohoo!!! Appreciated Tyler and Zach's work! Cleared our main sewer line at midnight on a holiday weekend. Knew what they were doing, and pulled roots in the line that had our sink and toilet gurgling and toilets wouldn't flush. They came right out, and by 1a, we could flush again! With 5 bladders in the house, we were thankful!

Bolivar Plumbing and HVAC had great customer service, they were here when they said they would be, and the service tech was fast and efficient. He answered all the questions I had and gave helpful suggestions for the future with our AC unit.

The young gentleman who came and serviced our AC unit was very polite and worked in a very efficient manner. He also took time to explain what he was doing to allow for the unit to work more efficiently as well. Highly recommend.

I have used Kenmore twice. On both occasions very clean very professional men came to fix the problem. Both times they were very knowledgeable, helpful and fixed my problem the first time out. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.
