I used them in the past & they were great. Unfortunately, this time around it’s been a completely different experience. They came out identifyed the problem charged me a fee but have taken over 2 months to get me an actual estimate or repair anything . They are well aware we can’t even use the toilet right now due to the issues & every time I call I’m met with an excuse.

Made a call needing to get our garbage disposal fixed due to a leak. They were so helpful and sent someone out the same day to fix it! Super polite and very professional and such a huge help!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Kimberling City Plumbing replaced my Water Softener as well as adding an Iron Removal Filter for smelly water. As part of the system they added a whole house filter. They showed up when scheduled, and did a great job.

Zac & Mikal both respected our property and were very unobtrusive. The installation was very clean and professional looking when finished. Zac took extra care to make it fit in a small spot and still be able to work around it. Most importantly the filter took care of the sulfur smell, which was our goal.

I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Price was fair and work was done as promised.

I called these people to come out and scope our pipes. Specifically asked 3 times to scope the pipes. The guy that came out seemed very disinterested in what I wanted done.
I was willing to pay whatever it was to get this done. I didn’t ask for a different solution. I wanted the dang pipes scoped period. He took a guess at the problem and didn’t not do what I asked.
I needed that peace of mind and this guy had zero interest in helping. I will not use this place ever again.

These guys had the best price from the quotes I got. What feels even better than that, was the knowledgeable and personable service their guys provided. I have one other repair coming, they will be doing it.

We are on a community well and had water pressure issues at one of two houses. We had pressure tank and switch issues that were undetected last fall by another company. The guys from Kimberling City Plumbing ordered 2 new 81 gallon tanks, switches and installed everything. They kept everything clean and tidy. I recommend them for any plumbing issues. There was a delay getting the tanks but everything is delayed now.

Great response and the guys that came out were awesome. They were fast, Professional and extremely nice. Did a top notch job and repaired a faucet rather than replacing which saved me time and $$$. Totally happy with their work. Highly recommend!

They installed a new 1000gal septic for me - very reasonable price, fast and efficient, finished in 1 day. Very satisfied.

I have used Kimberling Plumbing several times now. They are honest, timely, and know their business well. I currently have a 16 yr old water heater which needs a hard to find part, which they were able to do. They could have simply told me i needed a new hot water heater and charged me 2,000 to 3,000 dollars. Honesty goes a long way now days...

Ray and Cody did an exceptional job installing a water pressure booster at my home. I would highly recommend them for any needed plumbing services!

Ray and Wes showed up promptly and got to work. Very professional and completed the installation of the additional water heater. Also checked some other items for me like pressure tank and completed the necessary parts replacement and checks. I highly recommend Kimberling City Plumbing. They installed the plumbing in my home when we built it in 2011 and they are still the best around.

This company is outstanding. We had a leak underground in an old pipe that was on our property and not allowing the wastewater to reach the pump outside and was backing up . Tom and Arthur came out and used a camera to find the corroded pipe, dug it up and replaced with new PVC pipe. They did all this and were finished in 4-5 hours. They were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs as will won’t leave until they figure out what the problem is and fix it. And the price was very very reasonable.

Kimberling City Plumbing is the best in town.....and it's not even close. I have used them a couple of times now and both times they showed up on time and did professional work at a fair price. I have used a few other plumbers in town only to be disappointed with both the quality of the work and flat rate charging regardless of level of effort. KCP charges you for their time and materials.....as it should be. The did a fantastic install of a new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater for me. I have attached the before and after pics. I was not familiar with the hybrid heaters until Leevon explained them to me, which I appreciate. Great work guys and I will certainly use you for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

These folks are the best! I called right when they opened with a hot water heater issue and they were so kind and very quick to respond. When I met the guys at my house a couple of hours later, they were so nice! They took the time to not only fix my hot water heater issue, but explain some other systems in my house as well! Top notch service, thank you all!

As a perfectionist it’s hard to impress me but Ray did and was way above my expectations.
Ray is a master plumber and it shows. The care to detail in his work was amazing.
After the work was done I went to pay the bill and talked with Leevon
and quickly learned that every employee in this company cared as much about this company as it was there own.
