Our backyard had been neglected for many years and it felt overwhelming to think about all it needed. We called Zanescapes and started slowly, one project at a time. From the first project, Jason has been our "go to" guy to have on each crew. He's the one who understands (and has patience with) my additions and subtractions to each bid, sees that things get done as we would like and makes sure the crew he's working with is on the same page. We simply can't say enough good things about ALL the guys who have worked each job for us. Zane has always been willing to listen, Jake has always made sure we get Jason on the job and one project just leads us to wanting more! Also, Kim who works in the office, bills and answers questions ---FANTASTIC! They've done a flat rock patio, privacy fence repair, landscaping, planting, creating borders and beds, tree trimming and rock paths. The last big project just finished and we're saving up for the next as I type. CALL THEM---you won't be disappointed!

The crew was cordial, helpful, and efficient. The entire job was completed to our satisfaction in less time than we anticipated. We definitely plan to use Zanescapes for our next project!

Zanescapes did a great job rebuilding our backyard. They renovated 140 feet of very old stone wall, fixed drainage problems; added a 30-ft stone patio, a new retaining wall, plantings, and topsoil, and reseeded the lawn. Glenn, the project manager kept us up to date on progress and gave us good ideas we incorporated into the project. It looks great now that the grass has started to come up and we can't wait until it all fills out next Spring. We recommend Zanescapes.

Zane showed up to my house in Walnut Shade in a helicopter for my estimate... This guy is legit! Zanescapes really know their stuff when it comes to irrigation, landscaping, snow plowing, excavation, and tree removal (what he did for me), and I couldn't be happier with their service!

Callen and Lauren did a great job. Listened and gave advice while working. Removed 2 huge yew bushes, smoothed out the ground, put down landscape fabric, formed flower beds with edging stones then filled with smaller rock. They planted 2 low ground blue spruce which look very cute. When all was finished they cleaned it all up and left with a smile. They were very pleasant to work with and I'd be happy to work with them again or recommend them to someone else.

I have used you twice now and am ecstatic with the results from sales to install. Pricing was fair in these times now days. I can't say enough of how my install went. The gentleman were amazing and went above and beyond. Thank you Zek and Dustin.

The Retaining Wall created by Zanescapes looks good and is functional. Two different crews worked on the Wall (Mike and Harland) and the Yard as well. Several Grasses and Plants were part of the project. Fill dirt and grass seed finished the project.

Zanescapes is amazing! Their professionalism, attention to detail and eye for landscaping is top notch. They transformed our backyard into a place that is stunning. Callan, Harlan, Joey and Lauren worked hard to make our dreams a reality. Even Jill from the Garden Center came out to help after the Garden Center closed one evening. They work together beautifully to create a masterpiece of a yard. Reasonable pricing and hard workers. Definitely recommend!

They were able to listen to what we want for our retaining wall. Got the yard with new topsoil and seeds. They r great people to get they r cheaper then others we were til it was gonna be over $10,000.

I have had water issues on the side of my house that were getting worse. Zane came and looked at it and we discussed the best solution. The guys from Zanescapes came today and did exactly what we discussed. They were very polite, friendly, professional and did a great job.

You have nice hardworking young men working for you. Callan said that you can trim my trees over my house. I will call in a couple of weeks to schedule an estimate and hopefully we can construct a berm of some sort where needed in the Fall.

Zanescapes has done an excellent job of landscaping our yard! The people who worked on our project were very courteous and helpful…especially Ryan, Zack and Glenn. The aftercare has also been excellent!

Zane has excellent ideas and designs. He is easy to work with and is very detail oriented. The quality of work is decent. Issues are with communication, scheduling, and even keeping track of projects. I was sent messages or even phone calls about scheduled work. Sometimes no call to cancel or reschedule, just did not show up. I also received several notices of invoices due for work that was not complete or not even started. After talking to them and working through everything, they did stand behind what was committed and completed everything on the contract.
Delays and communication issues were frustrating, but we are happy with the result and that it is completed.

They were price competitive, were able to schedule the work quickly, actually did the work and now I feel comfortable asking them to quote more work. Very reliable company!

Although I have not hired this company personally, I interacted with them while they did work at my neighbors’ home. They were professional, polite, and respectful of our property. I misunderstood the placement of some tree debris at one point (which ended up being from my property and was just slightly relocated to a much better place for us). The office followed up with the site operator and cleared up my misunderstanding. Although the mistake was all on my part, Harlen and Beth were very professional and kind. I feel comfortable contacting them for my future landscaping needs. I wanted to come give them a five star review to compliment their professionalism and the quality work I see at my neighbors’ property.

We have used Zanescapes for an excavation project that included building a new retaining wall. The results exceeded our expectations. Next, we called for snow removal. Given the amount of snow, they even circled around to remove snow a second time.
This week, Ricardo & Glen worked for many hours troubleshooting and repairing an irrigation system that hasn’t worked in many years.
Zane is professional, very knowledgeable and works long hours to get the job done. We will undoubtedly be calling them in the future. So far they are 3 for 3!!! I would highly recommend this group to anyone for outdoor projects.

Highly recommend Zanescapes for any tree removal. They were quick to come out and get the job done for a reasonable price. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a lack of communication when they had to cancel the first appointment due to equipment failure.

Zanescapes did an amazing job at removing two large dead trees on our property. Calen and Gaven were very professional and conscientious about the job. They cleaned it up and didn’t leave anything behind. Clint the dump truck driver and excavator operator was very skilled and was able to remove the big debris without any damage to the surroundings. I would highly recommend Zanescapes to everyone. I will not hesitate to call and use Zanescapes again on future jobs. Thank you Zanescapes!

We’ve used Zanescapes for years and they always do great work. Customer service is great and they’re quick to respond. We most recently had a huge tree branch fall in a storm and Callen came over to take care of it. Callen was exceptionally nice and professional. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. He had the area cleaned up as if nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend Zanescapes!
